"The location was just perfect, serene, and had very beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. The only problem I had with the room was having to flush the toilet several times. I didn't enjoy my last night because some neighbouring guests fought all night. I understand that was not the hotel's fault but nothing seemed to have been done."

The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price! Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend! The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service."

"4 adults and 2 children, 3 days and 2 nights, totally fun and relaxing! The Hilton Qiandaohu Waterfront is truly the pinnacle of value for money for family trips. The downside is that it's a bit old and the rooms are showing their age, but the price is affordable. The upside is the incredibly rich variety of kids' activities, and the public areas offer stunning lake views, perfect for families with children. ✨【Hotel Butler Service - A Key Highlight】 I proactively added Miss Anna, our hotel butler, on WeChat 💖. She was incredibly nice! She proactively upgraded our lake view rooms to deluxe lake view rooms and arranged for two connecting rooms, which was super convenient for our two families traveling together! We communicated our arrival time in advance, and she arranged our rooms so we could check in immediately upon arrival. The hotel provides children's toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. If you're traveling with kids, remember to communicate your needs in advance for a top-notch experience. 🏨【Stay Experience】 ▫The lobby is on the 5th floor, directly facing the beautiful scenery of Qiandaohu – very therapeutic. ▫Arrived at 2:30 PM and checked in directly. My baby fell asleep for an afternoon nap instantly. ▫The room offered an excellent view; waking up to the sight of the lake and mountains was incredible."

"My elderly parents took advantage of the off-season to visit Qiandao Lake for a few days. They originally booked a quad suite in Building 5 for 499 [RMB]. On the day of check-in, the hotel called to say they upgraded them to a deluxe suite in Building 1! It had two bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms, and a super large walk-in closet. Thumbs up! The staff were all very friendly, helping with taxi requests and directions. My parents had a wonderful stay and said they definitely want to go back next time! 👍"

"The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely."

"The hotel is very suitable for traveling with children The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Children will have a blast in the outdoor swimming pool in summer. The overall decoration of the hotel is really holiday-style. There are large water features and sculptures outdoors... and the fragrance of flowers is always wafting. I felt Sanya in a trance. The outdoor Sensen Sports Field is a non-powered park. The playability and richness are much better than many public parks. Tree houses, zip lines, climbing, sand pits, balance beams, trampolines, etc. are rich and fun. The indoor park car town is similar to Nailbao, with two floors that are very luxurious. After breakfast on the day of check-out, the children went to play for another morning. The children were happy, and the mother could also rest assured in the room. You can feed small animals in the cute pet park, and you can interact with them up close. The alpacas and deer are very well behaved. There are also birds, lambs, rabbits, ponies and many other small animals. The hotel has a beach, where children play in the sand and watch the sunset. Who can tell whether it is by the lake or the sea? A peninsula extends from the beach. Watching the sunset there is super beautiful. At 7 o'clock in the evening, the beach starts a bonfire party. Around the bonfire, we jump and jump with Sen Sen Bobo. The breakfast is also very rich. Adults and children can find their favorite food. Check-in at the door and the seat are orderly. There are many people on holidays, so you will have to queue for a while. The staff is very considerate to bring toys to comfort the children. Fruits will be delivered in the afternoon. Aunt Tong is very enthusiastic and says that you can call 8888 if you have any problems. It really came in handy. Dad ate the banana and the baby cried. He called the hotel for help. Aunt Tong quickly brought bananas. Seeing that the baby kept crying, she specially brought biscuits and yogurt. After checking in, the housekeeper Wenwen helped us take all the luggage up and took us to the room. She was very considerate to arrange our two-day itinerary. Whenever we asked for something, she would reply in seconds and respond to every request."

"On the positive side, the hotel's location is fantastic and the views are beautiful. The pools are lovely and clean, with three outdoor and one indoor, offering ample options. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained. However, there are some aspects that fell short, particularly regarding the dining experience. The Western buffet restaurant was reasonably priced, but the food selection was very sparse. The servers lacked attentiveness, clearing plates before we were finished, which made us all quite uncomfortable. For over 1500 RMB for 10 people, most of us barely felt full, let alone satisfied. As for breakfast – we booked a Central Lake King Room, which was not cheap – I was surprised they couldn't waive the fee for a 7-year-old child. In all my hotel stays, I've never been asked to pay extra for a child's breakfast. My daughter only had a slice of bread and milk on the first day; while it's her choice to eat little, the request to pay extra for it was truly irritating. When I eventually insisted on paying, they said it wasn't necessary. If they could waive it, why couldn't they have done so courteously from the start? Wouldn't that make everyone happier? Overall, despite these issues, I am still satisfied and would recommend this hotel."

"5/5 Stars amazing. We recently enjoyed a long weekend at Minho International Resort, staying in the Deluxe Family Loft. Our group included myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and our twin children. From the outset, we were impressed by the hotel's exceptional service and facilities. Accommodation and Cleanliness: The hotel room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Public areas throughout the resort were also well-maintained and spotless. Family-Friendly Amenities: The children's play area offered a variety of activities, providing ample space for our kids to play and explore. We also took advantage of the bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, thanks to the staff's helpful recommendations. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, adding to our relaxation. Evening Entertainment: A standout feature was the water and light show, which provided a mesmerizing end to our evenings. Concierge Service: Our concierge, 管家小汪, was exceptionally helpful, adding us on WeChat to assist with any issues or translation needs we encountered. Dining and Bar Experience: While our overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast offerings were often cold and oily, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bar did not use fresh ingredients for cocktails and featured unusual recipes, such as a mojito without mint. The bar area itself was quite cold and offered limited snack options. Despite these minor issues, our stay at Minho International Resort was exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels we've experienced, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to explore more of the surrounding area."

"During this trip to Qiandao Lake, I was absolutely amazed by the Qiandao Lake Blue Bay Greentown Resort Hotel where I stayed! We booked a lake view family room. The view outside the window is stunning. The vast Qiandao Lake is surrounded by green mountains. You can take in the entire scenery of the lake and mountains while lying on the bed. You can also enjoy the sunset over Qiandao Lake. The children were also very excited. The room was spotlessly clean and quality was evident in every detail. I would like to give special praise to the housekeeper Wu Guoying. From check-in to check-out, her service was warm and thoughtful. She provided meticulous care for the whole family and the experience was perfect! Moreover, the price is affordable and the cost-effectiveness is very high. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will choose this place again!"
