Hello Mark, We were extremely surprised and somewhat disappointed to learn that YOU had cancelled our booking for 3 nights, as stipulated in your terms, for June 3 to June 6 2023. Have you any idea what YOUR cancellation has done to our plans? You took our money in August, 2022......! We had faith in this booking as were are travelling from Melbourne, Australia and this was very important part of our plans. These are now in turmoil and we have now to start over. Thank you Mark for spoiling our holiday before it has begun! What happened to decency and a monetary agreement? Had a better offer did you, maybe a weeks booking?
