The staff were really helpful when I called them before the checking in to arrange for transport from the train station to their hotel. The “sea” facing rooms offer great views of Er Hai and had a small balcony area. Though it comes at a higher cost compared to the garden view rooms. The smart rooms offer high tech options including voice control and projector screens and the interior design in these rooms were top notch. There’s also complimentary Breakfast, afternoon tea and night desserts included in the room packages. There are 3 convenience stores and 2 bicycle rental stores just next to the hotel. Had a really enjoyable stay and it’s the perfect getaway place from the stressful city life. Highly recommend!
