1. There is no airport shuttle service. Take the Metro towards Expo 2020 direction and alight 2 stops after. Exit from Exit 1 and walk straight about 300 meters, besides Millennium hotel. 6 local currency per trip. Credit card accepted. 2. The room size was more spacious as compared to other Ibis. However, my room had faulted bathroom lights. Oh, there wasn't any dental set. You must pay for it. 3. Breakfast was good comparing with the same hotel class. Choices of salad, juices, fruits, coffee, bread butter and jam, boiled and fried eggs and the main courses, e.g. rice, noodles, local vegetarian including curry.

Ibis Deira City Centre is my usual hotel without thinking in Dubai It has the best Staff (reception, restaurant & housekeeping) The best location in Deira just infront of the city centre Taxis available infront of the hotel 24/7 Best value for money Totally acceptable breakfast, not the most fancy in the world but you will find whatever you like for sure (You have to ask the housekeeping if you want to get you toothpaste and toothbrush) Great coffee in the room 😍 Fast check in Very near to metro station Nearby supermarkets and restaurants Really you can’t find any cons for this hotel except if you don’t like small rooms, which is not a con for me as I always visit Dubai for business trips Very recommended 😍❤️

The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

I like this hotel because the staff was very friendly and were able to answer many of the questions I had about where to go in Dubai. It is close to the airport so I don’t have to waste a lot of time in transit to and from the city.

From the check in to check out was the best experience provided by Saima and Nariman to make sure that everything perfect The rooms amazing and perfect clean The facilities are super wow The spa is very high quality The swimming pool and Jacuzzi nice and the staff are very welcoming You deserve to be 5 stars for sure
