The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. After waiting for a while, I could finally move in, but I did n’t understand! Many locals come here as a family, and there is an outdoor pool

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

O hotel fica super bem localizado, bem no centro de Floripa! Dá pra ir até o Mercado e até a ponte a pé com tranquilidade. Ao redor do hotel tem também duas praças bem boas pra dar uma relaxada! Fui para um concurso e me surpreendi. O café da manhã é no hotel Faial, que fica na esquina. O hotel é simples, mas muito agradável: a cama é confortável, o chuveiro é quentinho, tem frigobar, armário, iluminações variadas, recepção 24. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e ele tem opções de comidas, mas dá pra pedir Ifood numa boa (inclusive foi o que eu fiz)!

We were looking for the hotel to take care of an event in the city and INTERCLASS had a good cost-benefit, but ours was disappointed. We asked for a soup and a omelet and it took hours. The receptionist said it was because the restaurant was very full and I understand, but did it not just take a phone to give a opinion? If you were not able to take care of the number of guests, please contact more personally or do not lotter the hotel. The rooms were also very tie together, so I could hear all my neighbor spoke and even when he was lying in bed because the wall of my whole room was swinging. The hotel was also near the event site, so it has a good location and despite the lack of staff at the hotel, the team was very careful and I did not account for the unstable care.

Hotel located on the sea side with a wonderful view of the Hercilio Luz Bridge, postcard of Florianópolis. New facilities. The restaurant has little variety of dishes, which forces the guest to look for other external options, which are not good too. The hotel is well isolated. I recommend it.
