"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

The front desk lady had a truly captivating smile, and check-in was surprisingly quick. The room was incredibly clean, the bedding so soft I didn't want to get up, and even the bathroom water temperature was perfectly adjusted. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was diverse and thoughtfully prepared. This trip was truly a blessing thanks to the comfortable stay, and it's now on my bucket list! Golmud gives me a perfect score for the experience. The accommodations were excellent, and the kang bao and barbecued food were fantastic! The people of Golmud are incredibly welcoming and welcoming. I'll definitely return to this hotel again if I have the chance!"

"The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier. What truly stood out was the 24-hour diffused oxygen supply. We had initially experienced some altitude sickness, but staying at this hotel, we felt completely fine and very comfortable. The front desk service also deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and guided our car into the garage. They also immediately came to our room to set up all the equipment – including the oxygen system, humidifier, and air purifier – before leaving. The enthusiastic young staff made us feel incredibly welcome and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was good too. I had stayed at a Home Inn many years ago and had a positive impression. After all this time, staying again last night, both the facilities and the service truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider Home Inn for future stays. The only minor drawback was that late at night, I wasn't sure if it was the room next door or downstairs, someone was watching TV and talking loudly until 12:30 AM, which was a bit disruptive. I hesitated to call the front desk as I didn't want to bother them, though they later informed us that we could have called to resolve such issues. Overall, a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻"
