We stayed 2 nights in this hotel when we traveled to the region to visit family. We had a four-room, the mezzanine system is appreciable, it avoids being all stuck in the room, and it allows you to have a suspicion of intimacy, but the bottom is really not big, The room is quite impersonal but clean. In addition, it is quite calm, even though the fire alarm started in the middle of our second night. But the problem was quickly resolved. So to spend one or two nights, it works.

The hotel is very new. But it doesn't feel like a five-star hotel, it's more like a high-end business fast. Lille has fewer star-rated hotels, and Baliari is a good choice. The location is very good, 3 minutes from the railway station, and there are large commercial plazas nearby. There is also a park opposite the hotel where you can jog in the morning. Not many choices for breakfast. Overall, it is satisfactory

We have no power in the bathroom, but we were surprised for a recent hotel and the current needs... No windows so difficult to air! Heating closed at 24*! The Quarter may be an advantage in terms of mobility but not very well attended, of which we come to the point of the Parking, the hotel does not have one, there are outdoor places, but the number of broken windows will pass you the desire to try the experience. A huge thank you for welcoming us and making our short stay so very comfortable. We really couldn’t have asked for more. It was such a short distance from the motorway, the rooms were spotless and clean and for 6 hours very comfortable but importantly your team, the reception staff and restaurant staff were fantastic. The gentleman that looked after us in the restaurant was amazing and really couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful.. The restaurant has been done beautifully, a lovely place to eat a perfect and very delicious dinner, home made rolls! The parking lot is secure and well lit as well so despite it being a commercial centre it felt safe. A perfect short stop just off the motorway. Thank you all. Kate and James Ps the baby foot for two competitive boys was just a perfect way to entertain them too! Thank you.

Effective Reactive Charming Staff The room was very good, but the staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful.

Great first impressions: plentiful free parking next to a kind of leisure complex with green space to walk about. Efficient, friendly check in and we really liked everything about the downstairs area. Spacious seating areas with comfy chairs as well as bar/cafe area where good value breakfast was available. More seating in the garden where Ibrahim made the most delicious pizzas. We sat here both evenings and it was a really nice atmosphere. The metro station is an easy 10 minute walk and 10 more minutes into the town centre. Unfortunately upstairs is a different story. The bedrooms are so small that 2 adults struggle to walk around at the same time and it is difficult to do anything in the bathroom unless you open the door. Basic furnishing - double bed with 2 tiny pillows, TV, coat hangers. One towel is provided, others are charged at €2 each. But the worst is that it is so claustrophobic due to the small window giving little light or air. On a warm night we found it very uncomfortable and woke frequently as it was so hot. I would give downstairs 4 but the bedrooms 2 so overall 3.

Very friendly welcome and hotel. Closed and perfect parking. The owner and staff are extremely kind. Very professional. And for good reason, we spent one night there while a group who arrived the day before by bus unfortunately marred everyone's awakening. However, the team did what was necessary immediately so that we were as little disrupted as possible. Well done to each of you. A commercial gesture was also generously made by management. We will return without any worries during our next stay in the region.
