The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

As an interim stop on the way to Italy OK. For “permission feeling” not the right thing. Plus points: clean and new. Breakfast is great, the staff friendly. The fact that you don't use the pool on the roof may be a strange thing as a guest because I know it differently from other hotels. The fact that no children are allowed on the roof terrace is also a strange thing for me personally. Mostly because there are really nicely selected children's toys in the lobby (HABA pups, new stickbooks, wooden toys...). It is not true for me in any way, but the hotels with so many own rules are in some way coming. Eat only behind, no drinks there, please order only there, children only here but not there.... When you have all understood, it's certainly pleasant for the staff. Maybe I'm also deaf. In Tyrol , South Tyrol... it's different. The guest is the main person there. Here rather not sooooooo.... Location is rather 4-, but it just keeps quiet at night, so in the middle of a business area. For a pure city holiday in Munich I would look for something more central and cool. As an interim stop it's OK. With bus and rail you're so about in 40 minutes in the city (if you just get the bus, you're going every 20 minutes). It would be, now that I have understood everything may come back.

The hotel is located in Germering / Unterpfaffenhofen and is very cheap for visits to Munich and the surroundings (5-Seen-Land). It is newly renovated and very clean. The prices are very cheap - we paid with breakfast 125 EUR for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very extensive. Reception at the reception was friendly, check-in quickly and uncomplicated. The rooms are very small, however. The bathroom offers little deposit area, there is no box (this is not so tragic), but also for the bag offers little place. All in all the rooms are OK for the night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. There is also a GRATIS parking garage ! - that is now very rare - directly below the hotel. The infrastructure is very good - local and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn Germering is about 10 minutes. This is about 30 minutes to the center of Munich. One point of criticism: There is still a little delay in the point of sustainability. On the one hand, the plastic bottles for tooth cleaning, which are once again sold in plastic, but also at breakfast there is still a lot of plastic (marmelade, yoghurt...etc), here you could find better solutions

The hotel is located about 5km from the centre, but is very well communicated with a bus stop (53) right at the door that leads you close to or with metro and neighborhood connections. The hotel is modern and the reception and restaurant staff very friendly. You can buy transport tickets at the hotel. The rooms are a little small and to improve kitchens and heating. The furniture is present and well decorated. The cleaning is daily and correct. There are no channels in Spanish. He sleeps well because there is no noise. You have a LIDL 200m to buy. If you want to take something you need to go to the center, there is not much in the neighborhood. The hotel is very good and it is very good.

So my review is a mixed one, partly positive but deeply dampened by two factors: Firstly, Wombat’s has come to be known as one of if not the party hostel in Munich. That being said - there was no party/pub crawl! (Barring the first night of my stay). This was disappointing, but this was mitigated by the absolutely amazing hosts and guests that I encountered during my stay. I’ll add here that my room was spacious, had a comfy bed and had a great safety system in place for valuables. Now for the second bad bit and this is something I didn’t bring up with them directly as I didn’t want to cause the person I would speak to any distress, but this hostel clearly caters to racists. Above my shower room door (Room 304), there were racial slurs for a number of races and I found it disgusting. How are Black people, white people and Asians supposed to feel comfortable when this what they see in the bathroom? This has to be addressed swiftly or Wombat’s will suffer in the long run.

I liked it so much. It's new and clean, but the interior is really pretty Not near Munich Central Station, but transportation is not bad because it is within walking distance from Munich-Pasing station The staff were friendly and I would like to stay at this hostel again next time I go to Munich

The location of the hotel is a bit biased, but it is convenient for self-driving, and parking is available on the street outside the hotel. The front desk clerk has a good attitude. The square is clean and there are microwave ovens and induction cookers for easy and simple cooking.

The hotel has made a lot of trouble again well. Very clean, modern, priced top and a super breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is quiet, it was very pleasant. The rooms are small but it's all there you need.
