優點：
1. 傳統的行政商務賓館改造過，整體整潔、乾淨、有性價比
2. 行政房是未新裝修的，無裝修氣味，但是有點黴味（靠停車場的陰面房間）
3. 第一天到達時間凌晨，前台男性接待人員熱情有禮貌
4. 客房保潔人員態度都很好，希望保持
5. 每天都贈送2瓶水
6. 早餐是亮點，餐廳環境明亮，設施整潔、有檔次，餐食品種多樣，海南粉很不錯，餐廳服務人員熱情周到
值得改進：
1. 電梯照明太暗，和前台説了也沒有改進。不明白電梯照明為什麼弄那麼暗
2. 電梯地毯不乾淨，需要經常清洗
3. 前台吳姓工作人員不能説態度不好，但是不熱情，而且客人説謝謝，從來沒有迴應，接電話也是，客人説謝謝，迴應衹有嗯
4. 游泳池和温泉，在大堂裏的告示明確有，住客免費，但問前台就是敷衍的迴應，在清洗。既然不想讓客人用，就不要公示出來，就明確説不能用

在酒店連住二晚，本來對酒店服務挺滿意。第二日晚上懶得出門，就到酒店四樓用餐，單獨點了紅燒豬爪、美極鴨下巴及空心菜。紅燒豬爪上來量本就少，還填了大量筍乾，結果在筍乾下居然放了三塊一點沒肉的骨頭，把菜碟撐起，讓服務員端給廚師長看，回覆居然是”在我們這就是這樣”，半點歉意都沒有！你這是孫二孃開黑店？！

5樓以上是新裝修的，雖然説有半年，但味道仍然很大，睡一晚可以讓人頭疼的那種。也許我屬於比較敏感的那種吧。不過新裝修的風格還不錯
