這就是個小區，如果以為是千島湖那種酒店式公寓就上當了！前台是公寓樓下的一間店面，找半天才找到。 設施約等於沒有。送的早餐是一袋麪包牛奶，旅行惠的推文上標了早餐收費標準，正常人的理解都是自助早餐吧，你一袋牛奶麪包收29一位58一位？攜程的介紹上寫了有游泳池，而據前台工作人員説，他在這工作一年多，泳池沒開放過。盛夏都不開放的泳池那不就等於沒有嘛。健身房我們就沒去找了，不知道是真有還是擺設。 環境如圖，窗外是養老院。衞生嘛，反正我們家孩子和同行的另一個孩子回來都發了好多紅疹子，癢了好幾天。説不清楚是床品不乾淨還是漂流的水不乾淨（我們傍晚到，住了一晚，第二天早上漂流，結束就回家了）。 送的月亮灣漂流160一位，小童同價，一般都是一家三口出遊吧，這筆錢就省不過。漂流擱淺好多次，得自己下水推。 總體來説是非常糟糕的住宿體驗，而且我認為是虛假廣告了。

房子很新，裝修傢俱很新，家用電器是西門子，海爾，這些名牌產品，給人感覺簡潔舒適。 稍有不足的是公寓工作人員可能不足，早餐，洗漱用品這些比酒店略薄弱些，自己備一些，住上幾天還是很有家的感覺的。

在西天目山腳下的一個洋房小區裏 小區比較新 環境很好 酒店房型很多 房間面積大 帶廚房 如果不喜歡出去吃飯可自帶設備做個簡餐 再去西天目一定會再選擇這家店

普通的公寓委託出租的，衞生情況一般，不要和酒店比，因為不是精細清潔，不過和周邊的比性價比挺高，周邊的民俗實在太貴，早餐早餐，都需要自己搞定，設備不太多的，要煮飯的不推薦
