I didn't listen to the advice of the elderly, and I suffered the consequences. I read a lot of reviews, many of which said that the environment was bad and the facilities were old. I thought it was okay if it was old, as long as it worked. But it was older than I thought. The shower water was not hot, and it was still not hot after a long time, and the air conditioner was not warm. Maybe I was just unlucky and the room I stayed in was not good. I suggest that the owner should change it to a new one. It is good to keep the old style, and the things used should be more advanced.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.
