"I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and transportation. The room was spacious and decorated in a simple yet comfortable style. All the appliances and bathroom facilities worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh and dry bedding. The staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. Overall, there were no shortcomings in any aspect, making for a superb experience. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my future travels."

"Finally got to experience the hotel I'd been dreaming of! The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. We booked a family room on the ground floor which even had a small courtyard. The setup of a king bed plus a children's bunk bed meant there was plenty of space for our family of four. The kids' amenities were also a thoughtful touch – exclusive toiletries, small slippers, a play tent, and even stuffed animals – everything they could want! The children were so happy they didn't even want to leave the room. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to Global Center and just across the street from SKP. But what I was most impressed with was the hotel's service. Despite its size, response times were very quick. A special thank you to our butler, Diana, for her attentive service during our stay, which made our family's visit so enjoyable. 👍 Next time we're in Chengdu, Global Intercontinental will definitely be our top choice again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit, plus the view was absolutely stunning! This is truly the best family-friendly hotel. I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Leon! Two days before our arrival, he proactively called to ask about our floor preference and if we needed bed rails. The day before check-in, he sent us the location and a detailed breakdown of facilities on each floor. In the evenings, he would even bring warm milk for our child. His attention to detail was exceptional. From the concierge, front desk, and amusement park staff, to the cleaning aunties we occasionally met, everyone greeted us with a smile and was always ready to answer any questions. Traveling with a child, we felt completely taken care of and secure throughout our stay."

"The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised."

"The scenery of the hotel is particularly beautiful in spring, with a large rapeseed field, which is particularly breathtaking. I will come back to check in again in the summer when the lawn is completely green. It is really very beautiful. The housekeeper service is also excellent. It is really a treasure homestay! !"

"A very satisfying vacation. A family of three booked a double room. As the child just turned 7, bed fees were required. After communication, the housekeeper waived the fee. It took us an hour to drive from Chengdu to the hotel. The housekeeper greeted us at the door and helped us with all our luggage. When we checked in, since the rooms were not too tight, the housekeeper directly upgraded us to a tent room. What a surprise! The hotel has a very good environment, with a large lawn, landscape pool, swimming pool, open-air teahouse, etc., enough space for children to run around. The room is antique, with a river view balcony, an open-air bathtub, a projection TV, and a dry and wet separation in the bathroom. The breakfast was very rich and I wasn't hungry at noon. Unfortunately, the chef was on holiday and couldn’t prepare lunch or dinner. We packed some food that day and the kids wanted to eat egg fried rice, so the housekeeper helped us make egg fried rice with the rice we packed. The kids said it was delicious! In short, come happily and leave satisfied! Will come again in the future!"
