"Overall, it was a very good two-day experience. The water park was incredibly fun. During the day, the 'Big Horn' and 'Family Fun' slides had long queues, but other attractions had almost no waiting time. If you're a hotel guest, catching the first wave of visitors or the last few waves in the evening means very few people, which makes for a much better experience. I spent about 15 minutes trying to find the hotel's underground parking entrance; it was quite difficult to locate, and the navigation even directed me the wrong way for a stretch before I could spot it. Check-in was extremely slow, and the facial recognition process for the water park was also very sluggish. This could easily be streamlined with a self-service machine. If the crowd flow were like Chimelong's, the slowness would be understandable, but there were only two groups of us checking in, and it still took half an hour for check-in and facial recognition."

"Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back."

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Leon! Two days before our arrival, he proactively called to ask about our floor preference and if we needed bed rails. The day before check-in, he sent us the location and a detailed breakdown of facilities on each floor. In the evenings, he would even bring warm milk for our child. His attention to detail was exceptional. From the concierge, front desk, and amusement park staff, to the cleaning aunties we occasionally met, everyone greeted us with a smile and was always ready to answer any questions. Traveling with a child, we felt completely taken care of and secure throughout our stay."
