"The 270-degree panoramic suite offered an excellent experience with a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and bright, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and soft. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Chengdu's Taikoo Li commercial district, making it convenient for getting around with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The night view was outstanding. The projector came with VIP access, so I got to watch a few great movies. The hotel service was thoughtful and responsive, with attention to detail, offering great value for money. Overall, my stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!"

"Facilities: The hotel is new, and the rooms are well-renovated and clean! Service: 1. The butler service was excellent. They arranged a crib for us in advance, absolutely top-notch! 2. Some staff members in the breakfast area were inflexible. With so many people queuing early in the morning, and me with a ten-month-old baby waiting beside me, couldn't they just let us swipe the card and go in together? Did we really have to follow everyone else? Then they seated us in the furthest corner of the dining room, claiming it was less drafty there! But then adults had to walk a long way to get food, and kept running back and forth to take care of the baby's meal! 3. The front desk was also strange. I mentioned I wanted to draw a prize, and they gave me the room card to go draw, only for me to find out I had already checked out. I had to run back to the front desk to modify it. Do you think it's convenient to keep running back and forth in the hotel? I really didn't want to get angry, especially during the Chinese New Year! Plus, it took an hour to get a pair of slippers that I requested! Service: The 4.5-star rating is entirely for the butler! Otherwise, it would definitely be a bad review!"

"I've always had a soft spot for St. Regis, so I chose it for my trip to Chengdu this time. It was our first family trip, and the butler added me on WeChat beforehand, upgrading us to a Manhattan Suite and offering a complimentary extra bed – we were so thrilled! The room was perfect; the kids even played hide-and-seek. Plus, there were free drinks every day, and we all loved the longan and red date tea. I also took the kids to experience the swimming pool with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very relaxing! The kids loved breakfast because of the free-flow ice cream! We even got to see the champagne sabering ceremony, which happens every day at 6 PM – truly a gem of a hotel. When we checked out, we left something behind, and the customer service promptly mailed it to us. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible value for money! The facilities are new, and the soundproofing is excellent. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. All the staff are super friendly and attentive to details, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the room excellent. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed without prior notice for our 7 night stay. This was very unexpected in the middle of summer and a major feature of the property. The service is unfortunately patchy, and the amenities not as advertised. The room does not have a service guide - in English or Chinese, the television provides pretty hotel pictures not useful information . The room was often not serviced until after 2pm, about the time you need a cool down and fresh towels in the summer heat. The food was excellent- but like in many cases- the WeChat menu app would work with an international phone number, and no Ali pay version was available, a paper menu would have been handy. We have been to several cities in China and similar hotels while not as beautiful were better organised."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's overall design is distinctive, simple yet grand, with high-end art decorations. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout. Located in the south of the city, the high-floor view is amazing, offering sights of the river and Tianfu Avenue. The kids' club is huge, spanning 1000 square meters, with plenty of activities to keep children entertained all day long. Our butler, Carrie, contacted us in advance and prepared toiletries for the children, and also sent us a route map. Although our driver still got a bit lost, Carrie's thoughtful service made our trip much smoother. She even brought us milk in the evening, which was a lovely touch! The only minor issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim, making it hard for my child to do homework. I hope the hotel can improve this. Breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles and pancakes – I had two bowls of noodles myself!"

The hotel rooms are decent. The private hot spring baths at Qizige are relatively private, and it's a good place to spend the weekend when the weather is cool.
