From Annie's initial contact after booking to confirm my check-in time, through the smooth check-in process and my entire stay, the front desk team was incredibly pleasant and always greeted us with sweet smiles. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities. Annie's thoughtful and attentive arrangements made our Xi'an trip even more perfect. The hotel's breakfast was a delightful surprise. It offered a wide variety of options, featuring not only a range of classic Chinese dishes but also exquisite Western pastries, fresh fruits, salads, and more, truly catering to the diverse tastes of all guests. The comfortable dining environment made the meal a truly pleasant experience. Once again, I'd like to thank Annie for her warm hospitality, which made my Xi'an trip even more wonderful."

"Last time I visited Xi'an, I stayed at the InterContinental. This time, looking for a new experience, I opted for the Xi'an Hai Rong JW Marriott Hotel. It just goes to show, there's always something better out there; Chinese hotels are truly raising the bar! We drove to the hotel, and the parking lot, which is shared with adjacent office buildings, offers complimentary parking. Metro Line 4 is within walking distance, offering convenient access to Xi'an City Wall and Daming Palace. A large shopping mall right next door adds to the convenience. The lobby features soaring high ceilings and an open layout. The 'Ten Thousand Horses Galloping' art installation on the first floor is quite artistic and playful. The sky lobby on the 38th floor beautifully blends traditional Chinese elements with modern design. Inside the rooms, thoughtful Terracotta Warrior-themed decorative details subtly highlight the region's unique heritage. Guest rooms are generously spacious, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, which is perfect for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with ample natural light. The night view from our 34th-floor room was particularly captivating. The bathroom features a smart wet/dry separation and boasts luxurious marble finishes. The bathtub even came equipped with bath salts, a nice touch. A 500 RMB deposit was required upon check-in, primarily for potential minibar charges. As we stayed on an executive floor, we had access to the executive lounge. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, the quality was consistently high. The evening happy hour, in particular, offered a diverse selection of hot dishes and tempting desserts. The main breakfast buffet, blending Chinese and Western options, was exceptional. Local specialties like Hulu Tou and Rou Jia Mo were incredibly authentic and delicious. It's truly not to be missed, offering an extensive variety of choices and excellent flavors that our child absolutely loved. Service was consistently prompt and efficient, with attentive care provided throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We'll definitely choose the JW Marriott again on our next visit to Xi'an. It truly lives up to the top-tier Marriott standard. And finally, regarding the price: for less than 1,000 RMB, you can indulge in a day of luxurious living – truly a fantastic value!"

"The best hotel I have stayed in during my trip in China. Wonderfull decor with attention to detail. Just the smell in the lobby alone is amazing. The staff does not speak a word of english. But with a translation app you will come a long way. They are friendly and at your service for everything you ask and respond quickly by WeChat. The pool is wonderful and open from 04:00 PM Until 11:00 PM ideal for a late night swim with a view. The size of the room is huge. With a nice seating area. Stocked free drinks in the fridge and a nice bathtub. The hotel has just openend from what I read, here and there is still some dust on the floor especially next to the walls. The breakfast is full chinese so keep that in mind if you are not used to it. Very thoughtful afternoon tea with snacks and even a late night snack delivered to your room! When we checked out we were greeted with a personal gift, have not seen a hotel that does that! Overall definitely recommend."

"Excellent Stay – Truly the Best! My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable. We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!"

"We were traveling to Xining and made a stop in Xi'an to visit the impressive Qin historical sites, which is why we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering direct access to both the high-speed rail station and highway exits via the city's ring road. This ensures quick, traffic-free travel, making it perfect for a self-driving stopover. The room was, as always, impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent. We plan to stay here again on our return journey."

"This time I stayed at Haoting Boyu Hotel (Keji 2nd Road Subway Station Zhongjing Technology Plaza) and the experience was full! Must give a five-star praise! The sound insulation of the room is superb, and the noise of the corridor and outside can not be heard at all. It is too healing to wake up naturally when you sleep. The price/performance ratio is not to say. The rooms are large and tidy at the same price, and the facilities are particularly new! The most surprising thing is the service, from the front desk to the cleaning are super enthusiastic, and the responsiveness is super intimate! Summer is the most inseparable from air conditioning. The air conditioning here is super fast, the temperature adjustment is accurate, and it will not be hot and cold at all. It is super comfortable to stay in the room for a whole day. ～ I will choose this one next time I come here!"

"Xi'an's fly in the ointment is too hot. Fortunately, the little housekeeper sent us the meal to the room to eat. The food was very delicious. We all ordered the meal here during our stay. The service was very thoughtful. The room environment was also very good. The pomegranate was full of eyes. Unfortunately, it would not be available until October. After climbing Huashan during the day and taking a bath at night, it seems that I am not so tired. The little housekeeper later helped us book the legendary performance tickets for the camel bell, called us a car, sent us to the show, the performance was very beautiful, the location for us was great, and the water was dripping down the middle, a big surprise (scared), haha, great!"

"Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!"
