The Daikin air conditioning combined with the fresh air system ensured both temperature control and good ventilation, making our stay dry and comfortable. All the facilities were well-maintained and a pleasure to use. The butler service was always on call, efficient, and reliable. The food delivery robot brought our takeaways directly to the room, which was incredibly convenient on rainy days or when we didn't want to go out to collect food. The hotel also thoughtfully provided complimentary local snacks, a small surprise that was very pleasant. The staff were responsive and offered attentive, personalized service. The hotel's proximity to Xinghai Square made it very convenient for walks by the sea. It offers outstanding value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dalian."
