"Facilities: Firstly, the location is unbeatable, right on Xinghai Square with direct, stunning views that really lift your spirits. The ambiance and facilities are incredibly high-end; anyone familiar with premium brands will appreciate the thoughtful design in every detail. While it's priced like a high-end B&B, if you find the bedding or other amenities uncomfortable, the hotel staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to resolve it for you. Hygiene: The cleaning staff always greet you warmly. From the carpet edges to the spotless bathroom and meticulously arranged items, it's genuinely clean, tidy, and comfortable. Environment: It offers a truly delightful stay. The lobby is cozy yet grand, and there's a lounge bar on the ground floor where you can grab a coffee or even work. The breakfast ingredients are all premium brands, sourced entirely from Sam's Club, and you can even customize your favorite dishes. The breakfast chef is wonderful, taking great care of your dietary needs and ensuring you enjoy your meal. Service: In short, the service here surpasses even high-star hotels I've stayed in (and those I haven't!). From the front desk staff in the lobby, to the breakfast chef, to the cleaning ladies, and even the owner – everyone provides warm, professional service. They treated my family and children so well that I felt like I was visiting relatives for the New Year, something even some of my own family members don't manage. To sum it up, this establishment isn't primarily focused on profit; it's a professional and warm place for those who appreciate a good life, making them feel right at home when they visit Dalian."

"The staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right. I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained. I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors. Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only. The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby. I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me. The staff were really kind. There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right by the subway, making it super convenient to get around. I stayed in an executive room, which was spacious, bright, and had fantastic views. The bedding was comfortable, just the right firmness, really helping to relieve the fatigue from traveling. The front desk staff who checked me in was very thoughtful and specially helped me switch rooms, for which I'm very grateful! Too bad I don't know her name 🌝. The executive lounge offered attentive service and a wide variety of dishes. Many thanks to Fiona and Amy! Finally, a special thank you to Vivien from guest services for her enthusiastic help. I left an item in my room after checking out, and she actively helped me search for it and even mailed it to me. My heartfelt thanks again 🌹🌹🌹. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again next time I visit Dalian."

"Such a great place to stay;;;; It is located away from the main tourist attractions. However, I chose this place because I wanted an affordable accommodation with a refrigerator and a bathtub, and I have no regrets and would love to visit again. The room is huge and clean. I was worried because the front desk staff smoke a lot, but I was satisfied because there was absolutely no cigarette smell in the room. The bed is big, the TV is big, the room is big—everything is just great... The only downside was that the internet didn't work well because it was too high up, but that was resolved after checking in on Trip.com. Highly recommended"
