"During the Chinese New Year, the hotel prices were outrageous, so we opted for this hotel apartment directly across from Galaxy Macau, which was perfect for a family trip. First off, the hotel is just across the road from Galaxy Macau. We took the HK-Macau Express directly to the entrance of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby, and it was just a skybridge walk away. If you're coming from the border, there are many hotel shuttle buses that offer free connections to Galaxy. Facilities: We booked a city-view suite which had a small living room connected to the bedroom. The living room came with kitchenware and an induction cooktop, which was convenient for the elders to prepare some hot food or late-night snacks. Cleanliness: You can tell the renovation era from the bathroom style, but it's well-maintained. The hot water was stable, and the water pressure was good. Service: Hotel check-in was at 3 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM, dropped off our luggage, and went out. When we returned at 6 PM, our rooms were ready and both on the same floor, which was convenient for looking after the elders."

"This truly lives up to the standard of an international five-star hotel! Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained. The floral arrangements in all the lobbies are beautiful and fresh, a real pleasure to look at. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was especially outstanding. The dining environment was superb, truly no need to go out looking for local specialty meals. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to various attractions or taking the subway in and out. Compared to other major hotels in [City Name], we will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Macau!"

"The room was clean and I was really happy with my choice of hotel this time. My only minor feedback is that the air conditioning could have been a bit cooler, as it got a little warm at night. Yoyo, Delia, Erica, Emily, and Zika at the front desk provided excellent service. This will definitely be my top choice again when I visit Macau next time."

"It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable."
