"Facilities: Very complete, with a microwave and oven, which was super convenient for heating up food I bought outside! Environment: The terrace is beautiful! They also have fans up there so it's not too hot. The sea view and the Macau Tower view are excellent. Cleanliness: The room was generally clean, though there was a bit of dust on the hinge connection of my bedside lamp 🤣. But I understand, it's not a very noticeable spot after all. 😂 Service: I realized I lost my necklace when I checked out. It might have been in the elevator or the room. A few hours later, I was contacted via WeChat to say they found it! Anyway, thank you to the staff who helped me search – the front desk lady and the housekeeping staff. I had already given up hope 😿, but they found it for me. I'm really happy, such warm and caring service!! Hope to see you again."

"It's been 10 years since I last visited Macau. My husband had a conference, so I tagged along. Macau has so many new hotels now. This time, I booked the Grand Hyatt at City of Dreams, thinking it offered better value for money. To my surprise, at the check-in counter, they upgraded my room! The view was fantastic, overlooking Wynn Macau's fountain on one side and MGM on the other. It was super convenient to take a taxi to Rua da Cunha for dinner and souvenirs, even on a rainy day. The hotel has a casino, food court, Starbucks, McDonald's, and a smoking area downstairs. After gambling, I went back to the room to watch the fountain and enjoy some dessert. There were power outlets by the bed, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The shuttle bus service was frequent and very convenient, and every staff member was polite. Anyway, I was very satisfied with this stay."

"I chose The Londoner Royal Garden Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday with my parents and family. Their service was truly exceptional. Besides making advance arrangements, they also researched dietary requirements online beforehand, as my son has favism. I'm incredibly grateful to our housekeepers, Willson and Lucianna, for their thoughtful service. Willson, in particular, went out of his way to purchase some children's toothpaste, as the hotel didn't have any non-mint toothpaste, and my son can't use anything with mint. His attention to detail was impeccable. I'm also grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake for my son, and the staff sang happy birthday for him, which delighted him greatly. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'm grateful to the housekeeping team for taking everyone's preferences into account and preparing thoughtful gifts, making for a truly enjoyable and heartwarming weekend getaway."

Hotels in Coloane,Macau
The 13 Palace was recently opened in 2026, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macau. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 5km away. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Seac Pai Van Metro Station within walking distance. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Coloane, Lisboeta Macau and Legend Heroes Park. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Macau hotel can make use of the parking facilities.

"Many emerging luxury hotels in recent years have embraced the future while losing their essential elements as luxury hotels, struggling to achieve a seamless blend of luxury and smart technology. However, The 13 has undoubtedly succeeded. You can control the lighting and ventilation systems of the entire room through a small integrated screen in a Baroque-style French palace – something even Louis XIII never experienced. A few bottles of toiletries from Fumal and Parma would easily cost the equivalent of a night's room rate here, but this time, the selection of Earl's fragrance alone included more than ten bottles of their scents! This price is very competitive in Macau and even across Asia. Perhaps due to the trial operation, triple the price wouldn't be unreasonable. Service: Unparalleled. The staff are young and it's a newly opened hotel, so some inexperience is understandable, but they are all very enthusiastic, and the service provided is top-notch."
