"I'm absolutely smitten with this hotel! The service was incredibly gentle and professional. Check-in was a breeze with no waiting, and the process was super quick. My room was spotless and tidy, with simple yet elegant decor. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully restful stay. All the hotel facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and makes you feel very secure. I also have to praise its fantastic location right in the city center, next to Gangxia subway station."

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and I really appreciate its prime location, which is extremely convenient for travel and getting around the city. During my most recent stay, I noticed that the water pressure in the room was a bit unstable and the water temperature would fluctuate, sometimes becoming too hot or too cold. It would be highly appreciated if the hotel could look into this issue and arrange for proper maintenance to improve the experience for future guests. On a positive note, I would like to give special praise to Jossce at the front desk, who provided thoughtful and professional service, and arranged my room properly and efficiently. "Direct access from Convention & Exhibition Center Metro Station, right next to Huangting Plaza, making dining and shopping super convenient! The hotel has an old-money vibe, with an impressive lobby and warm, attentive front desk service. The room was spacious, with a window view of Futian CBD. The 1.35m twin beds easily accommodated two adults and two children. We also received welcome fruits and chocolates! The executive lounge offered a good variety of dishes and tasty food. We had afternoon tea and dinner there and left feeling very full. The breakfast on the first floor included congee and instant noodles with luncheon meat and egg! The gym and pool are managed by Prada and are very popular! I particularly loved the pool (1.7m deep); the water was very clean, and the service was good too. Overall, a very satisfying staycation!"

"This hotel cum service apartment is distinguished by a few outstanding features : room functions activated by vocal command smart system (just shout out the directive and curtains will be drawn or the aircon adjusted to your desired temperature, except that the directives have to be issued in Mandarin which might then pose a problem to foreigners unfamiliar with the language); a comfortable lobby lounge with free drinks (the coffee is great) and an equally comfortable reading room with a selection of books next to the gym and roof terrace on the ninth floor; a front verandah with decking and al fresco furniture that provides a calm oasis at the heart of vibrant Dongmen. The location of this establishment, literally a few steps from both the Laojie metro station with two lines 1 and 3 (line 1 is particularly good for connecting to most major landmarks) and a plethora of shopping and dining options, also spell convenience with a capital C."

"We chose this hotel mainly because of its excellent central location in Fuzhou, as well as the facilities, which looked very appealing in the photos—and they really lived up to our expectations. We enjoy swimming, and the hotel has a large pool with proper lanes, which was exactly as advertised. The water temperature was very comfortable at around 28–29°C. The fitness area is also extremely well equipped. For longer stays, this hotel is especially suitable, as you can easily spend time being active without leaving the property. Overall, it’s a very solid hotel that offers all the expected services. The interior design is a bit traditional or slightly outdated, but everything was very clean. It’s not a modern design highlight, but in terms of amenities and overall value for money, it’s really good. One small tip: there is a bar around the corner that belongs to the Shangri-La. However, we found the prices quite excessive, and the atmosphere felt a bit overly “hip.” The service there didn’t feel very welcoming to us, and we weren’t entirely comfortable with the vibe. Depending on your preferences, you might want to look for a different bar. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

The room was spacious, with great natural light and ventilation, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and even assisted me with printing some documents. The lighting is soft, the air is fresh, and there's no harsh renovation smell or smoke odor – it immediately gives a relaxing feeling upon entering. The common areas are neatly arranged, with just the right amount of greenery, creating a quiet yet stylish ambiance overall. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, smiling throughout and speaking gently and politely. Afterward, it really helped alleviate travel fatigue, and my sleep quality was exceptionally high. The room's cleanliness was very thorough; the floors, tabletops, and windowsills were spotless, and there was no dust accumulated in the corners. The bathroom area was dry and clean, with the toilet and shower thoroughly cleaned, and toiletries were complete and neatly arranged."

The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, the linens and covers are soft and clean, and there’s no water spots or dirt in the bathroom area. The facilities are well-equipped, with nice textures in both the soft and hard furnishings. There’s everything needed for drying hair, hanging clothes, and drinking water, and the appliances operate quietly without making noise. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious, and all the toiletries and basic amenities were well-stocked. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai was fantastic! The premier sea-view room offered expansive views, allowing me to see Shenzhen Bay and Hong Kong across the water right from my bed. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were very new. The service was warm and professional, and check-in was quick. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great. The location is convenient, close to Sea World, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended!"
