This is the hotel I always choose for my business trips to KL. It's perfectly suited for business trips, and I feel like I've stayed in every room type here. The management team at B Lot Hotel is doing an excellent job, maintaining the expected standards consistently over the years!

We booked this hotel at a discount price from booking website and booked a deluxe double room which meant our room had windows. The room was a bit small but clean, the price was not very cheap but the location was perfect for us, sure our hotel was comfortable and tidy, with two beds and windows, bathroom was also very good, towels and sanitary items. Every morning people put their newspapers outside, and they also offer morning call and taxi services, and it's perfect to live here.

It's my third times stay at this hotel. The experience from 1st time till this 3rd time is from not bad to terrible. Check in on about 6pm, after saw the room condition decided to change room, but sadly been informed by reception that there is no more room available for this package, unless add money to upgrade room... Please, if you get room 116, plz must cancel and chg the room. The aircond leaking during nighttime and some of the wall plaster tear off and fall down... Pro: toilet cleanliness and water pressure

The location is great. Sentral hotel is just across street from Monorail KL Sentral station, which is on the Nu Sentral ground floor. This is quit an old hotel.Our room was on the second floor in the hotel building. During our dtay, we saw some tiny roaches in the bathtoom almost every day. The staff was friendly and able to qickly respond to our requests.

Room view is fantastic for this price. Location is good. Convenient. Right above a shopping mall with foods, coffee etc. But, the room looks old and rundown, bed is on the hard side. For this price, dont expect too much, its worth the money paid for. Facing the main road will keep hearing those loud exhaust bikes and cars. Light sleeper try to avoid facing the main road rooms.

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

Hmm, the place is good but please please please and please change the pillowcase, so smelly , when I asked for a new pillow case with the front desk, he gave me a tear pillowcases and a little smell too😟 So had to pad the pillow with a towel to avoid the smell. Very very uncomfortable. Or you need to change the new pillow 🙄

Location is great, mid valley shopping mall just beside the hotel. Room is abit old. Water leaking from aircon the whole night. Didn’t bother to change room since only 1 night stay.

Great location of hotel in Kuala Lumpur, has always been one of our favourite. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Love that the room is spacious, a lot of space to walk around. Bed was comfortable, such a pleasant stay here! Check in was also seamless and convenient.
