Great
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home.

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

GGuest UserThe rooms are tiny but cozy. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great, but luckily, our neighbors were quiet. Good breakfast, and I absolutely loved the blender for making our own fruit and vegetable juices. The breakfast service was excellent, and the front desk staff were wonderful; they even left an anniversary gift in our room. The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral.

GGuest UserOverall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again.

JJoeInChinaHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me.  The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall.  Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).   The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful.  The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious.  Several big windows had a nice view out.  I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good.  Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options. I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna.  I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so.  Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.

WWeiweiyixiaohenshenrenPros: 1: Great location, directly opposite the Central Station. If you want to access it from inside the station, look for the revolving door behind Picture 1 to enter the Icon mall, then find the exit next to the store in Picture 2, and you'll be right across the street. 2: Friendly staff. 3: Although the breakfast selection is small, it's fresh and tasty, and the cereal is delicious. 4: The toiletries smell nice. You can ask the front desk for toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. However, they had run out of slippers and said housekeeping would bring them, but they never arrived even after more than an hour. Cons: 1: Too few power outlets in the room; only a USB port by the bed, which charges very slowly. 2: No phone in the room, and no 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' signs. 3: The bathroom light and exhaust fan are integrated, and the fan is very loud. 4: Rooms facing the street are very noisy. Light sleepers should be cautious. 5: The most unbearable issue was the low water pressure on the 3rd floor. It took ages for my long hair to get wet, and the water was either cold or scalding hot.

FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

GGuest UserFirst of all I had a trouble with the self checking and Adam was so nicely helped me. I appreciate his kindness a lot.  Secondly we booked the room for 4 person and when we entered to the room it was not so clean an there was not complete covers for the bed and Blankers, pillows so 2 of us was not able to sleep at all. It was nearly in the morning when we arrived so every time when i called them Adam was reachable and he asked us to change the room which was too much fo us so we stayed in the room. It was our choice cause we had early morning meeting so it was ok to prepare and just leave.  The check out process was too quick the cleaning group came 10 minutes before and it was ok for us to leave directly.  Dear Adam, thank you so much for your kindness and for the hotel management I would say to pay attention to your cleaning group.

LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.
