This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the train station. The room was clean and spacious, with great amenities, and we even had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The service was warm and attentive, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a thoughtful touch. My friend and I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel has an elegant environment and warm and thoughtful service. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bed is soft, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The dining options are plentiful, especially the breakfast, which is fresh and delicious. Conveniently located close to major attractions for easy sightseeing. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we love the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

1. This hotel apartment has no front desk. After 4 pm, it is impossible to manually check-in. The machine can be on the machine. The machine is very slow. We also encountered the problem of credit card payment errors. After the call service staff waited for 15 minutes for people to come over to solve it. The service attitude is very good, but this is really inconvenient, especially after we slipped for a day of snow, and pulled the big box and small box very hard to get here. If it arrives at 4 pm, it is recommended to go to the next Alpen Resort hotel (the message is in the first picture) first check-in and then come over, otherwise you have to be frozen if you can't get in. 😅 2. The hotel is very good, the room is large, you can cook, we ate a few days of white rice can not stand, go to the COOP supermarket next to buy ingredients, make the simplest and most classic tomato scrambled eggs, chili fried meat, green vegetables, very satisfied 🤭 3. The room has a balcony, you can sit on the balcony to watch the snow-capped mountains and the town scenery and drink beer, it must be very pleasant. However, we were too tired to ski for a day and it was very cold, so we didn't enjoy 👻

The hotel is located in the center of Zermatt, very close to the station, about 5 minutes walk, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, very convenient. Our room had a terrace, which was shared with several other rooms, which were wooden and furnished with flowers. It is worth mentioning that this hotel is very soundproof, and the neighbors and the noise outside are not heard. A man at the front desk was good and led us to store our luggage in the sled room on the basement floor. It would be better if the hotel could be equipped with a thin quilt.

The hotel is very close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk. Although it's not on the main street, it's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with clear signs that make it easy to find using navigation. The hotel is quite new, and the room was larger than expected. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient. It's a great choice for Zermatt.

Check-in is self-service here, but we must have looked a bit lost or stayed too long in the lobby because a staff member promptly appeared to assist us. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. It's conveniently located about 15 minutes from the train station, and at night, you can see plenty of stars. It offers great value for money, especially considering it's newly renovated. I would definitely return for another stay.

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel staff were all very kind. While hotels in Zermatt are expensive, this location with a private room and breakfast included is truly great. I'd love to stay at this hotel again.

Location was really convenient and was just a 5-8 min walk from the main train station with a supermarket just 3 min away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful too! The hotel provides free laundry and dryer for all guests and that was really helpful as it was the last few days of our holiday and we had a bunch of clothes to wash 😮💨
