"Everything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!"
"Great apartment, spacious, clean, very up to date and free coffee, tea as well as croissants in the morning. The view from the seventh floor all over London was stunning!"
"I booked a twin room for my daughter and I as we were spending the day at Westfields and then going into London for MJ the Musical. I parked my car in the hotel car park which was great. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant, which is something we don't usually do but we were glad that we did! The food was good value and tasty! Breakfast in the morning was also very good! We have zero complaints. Great hotel and we would definitely stay again."
"What a steal! A great deal for the price of the room. No complaints and will definitely be returning. Great location and nearby shops and transport access was great."
"Nice quirky hotel at the dockland end of Canary Wharf, right next to Wetherspoons (probably the cheapest pub in Canary Wharf!). Room was in a building opposite the main reception area. Clean and a decent place to lay your head - very no frills. Fancy mood lighting controls, good air conditioning & Wi-Fi. Really, no complaints!"
"The room was clean and comfortable during my stay. The location was very convenient since I was there for a concert at the O2 arena. Just about 8 mins walk to the train station. Staffs were very friendly and kind during my arrival and even helped prepare a breakfast bag when I had to leave early in the morning."
"Very pleasant experience. Booked this for my birthday trip to London, had a concert at night at the O2 and decided to stay in Stratford, which is only 3 stops away on Jubilee line so location is great! Hotel is easy to find as it's next to Westfield, so good to grab coffee and snacks on the way. The hotel receptionist was very warm and welcoming, she was so nice to give me an room upgrade. She mentioned it's because of me being a Hilton Honors member, but I only registered right before I booked the room on Trip.com, so not sure if it's general practice or birthday-related. The view was decent, nothing fancy due to the are, but airy enough. Room was modern design and I personally quite like it, very clean, and the shower is HUGE. Honestly very very happy about it. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there's no drinking water in the room, like bottled water or other beverages, charged or not, instead there's a glass container with a sign on saying you can collect water and ice at the ground floor. The water station actually had a Brita machine that can give cold still or sparkling water, eco-friendly and avoid waste I guess. I don't mind it that much as I was only staying for one night and was out for the concert most of night anyway. The price included breakfast the second morning, was quite decent, buffet style, more than enough choices for a quick breakfast to my taste. Seating was cosy and view was bright and nice. Generally very pleasant experience and I'd definitely try to stay here again next time I'm heading to O2 for concerts."

Great
GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserLovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
GGuest UserI was put off by the smallness of the room but booked anyway due to its proximity to London Euston and it held its own really nice room, really nice facilities would book again
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
