I stayed here for one night without meals.
There are restaurants nearby, and even if you miss the scheduled time, there are some chain restaurants that are open 24 hours a day, so it's a good option.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere that feels like it's worth the price, and the overall feel is a bit dated.
I stayed here, and it may have just been the room, but the sewage smell in the bathroom was pretty strong.
It wasn't a problem when I was taking a bath, but the sewage smell was noticeable when I was using the toilet or washing my face, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who are particular about cleanliness or who like their bathrooms clean... (There wasn't any mold or anything, just the awful sewage smell.)
Otherwise, the front desk responded quickly when I contacted them around 4pm, which was nice.
I recommend this hotel for people who have business in the area, don't want to stay long, don't want to stay in internet cafes, and want to keep costs as low as possible!
L stay & grow Harumi provides total relaxation in the quiet environment of Tokyo's bay area, Harumi. Located close to Tokyo Big Sight and Tsukiji Central Fish Market, the hotel serves as the best base for business. Having good access to popular sightseeing spots, such as Tokyo Disneyland, Odaiba and Pallet Town, it can be used also as a base for Tokyo sightseeing.

The spacious and comfortable rooms allow families to rest peacefully. The first floor also offers a wide variety of hot spring powder and sample packs of premium lotions and toners! The welcome tea was also very good. The only downside was the somewhat limited selection of breakfast options, but overall it was still quite good. The biggest surprise was the vegetable porridge! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the cleanliness was excellent!

I checked in on December 29th. The room rate was over 1000 RMB, but the service, facilities, and breakfast were only at the level of a Hanting Hotel – not worth the price. After New Year's Day, the price dropped to around 300 RMB. I wonder if Ctrip is taking advantage of loyal customers.
When choosing hotels on Ctrip for outbound travel, compare prices for the next few days. If the difference is too large, check several platforms.
This hotel isn't worth over 1000 RMB; you could choose one under 400 RMB.

The facilities are great, especially the tatami mats, and the shower pressure was excellent. The only minor downside was the 10 AM checkout. Unfortunately, my family caught the flu and had a fever of over 40 degrees. Luckily, I brought medicine, but they still needed to rest. I had to pay for an additional 5 hours, at 1100 yen per hour, for an early check-in and late checkout. It was a lifesaver that they allowed us to pay for the extra time; otherwise, I don't know what we would have done. Tsukiji Market is right downstairs, but the subway is a bit of a walk, usually more than 8 minutes. Overall, it's great value for money.

This hotel is super close to Ginza, a major Tokyo landmark, just a 10-minute walk to the bustling area and another 5 minutes to Yurakucho. It's conveniently located near two subway lines: Hibiya and Ginza. We booked a triple room this time. It's not huge, but we could manage to open our 24-inch suitcase, so it was acceptable.
Newly opened in July 2021! 2-minute walk from Exit 1 at Kiba Station!

A wonderful small hotel, close to the Kiba metro station and Kiba Park. Breakfast and lunch are available at the hotel cafe. It's delicious and affordable. All amenities are in the room. The hotel has an elevator and a separate staircase. The room is small but very comfortable. There's another cafe across from the hotel, and shops and cafes are a 2-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

There's a direct bus from Haneda to the hotel, which is super convenient if you're traveling with elderly people, kids, or lots of luggage, as it saves you the hassle of transfers. However, you do need to wait for the right schedule. It's a bit of a walk to Seaside Park and the Gundam shopping center, taking over 20 minutes. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland, which you can book upon check-in. If there's space, you can even get on without a reservation. But for the return trip, it's best to book; the driver said only those with reservations could ride, though we didn't end up taking it.

The location was convient and close to the airport. We took a tax since we arrived late at night, the expenses was acceptable. Then it was walking distance to the market and Ginza, as we are used to walk around a lot. The room was well designed and clean, fit two suitcases easily. The cleaning service was very nice. Convient store everywhere. I had to use laundry outside the hotel since all the four machines were occupied in the hotel. It was only a few minutes away. I also shopped at a local super market and got a super fancy bento box. Really enjoyed it. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. After we checked out, it was one bus trip to the Tokyo station right in front of the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel.

I stayed in Ginza for a day as a transit stop after landing, and the bed was great; I slept soundly until morning. I had dinner at Hokuto Wagyu downstairs, but it wasn't great value for money. The most expensive set menu was ¥3980, and the portion of beef for two was tiny. The ¥1000 special lunch set was acceptable for the price, but the meat quality was very ordinary. The discounted sashimi from OK Supermarket was excellent; I got a fantastic meal for just 100 RMB. I tried the beef bowl at Tsukiji Market downstairs, but the beef had a strong ***** taste. The offal bowl had a very heavy bean paste flavor that I couldn't get used to. The market itself is mostly tourists, so it's worth a quick look around, but that's about it.

The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland.
The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel.
No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time.
Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. If during the day, I think the room will be extremely hot without the aircon.

Great
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo! Location is 10/10, just opposite to JR station and a few mins away from Akihabara. Room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Tokyo, also very clean with a chic design. Love the shower room, surprised to see that the amenities are made in Italy. Would be even better if lotion is provided since Japan's winter is really dry. Breakfast is nice and front desk staff are friendly and cheerful.
Great spot to spend your nights when you’re in Tokyo! Room is not very spacious but it’s enough if you’re not spending a lot of time here during the day.
Great stay at this hotel! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The location was convenient, close to popular attractions. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to others. Will definitely return on my next visit to the city. Highly satisfied!
Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.
Stayed for 3 nights. Location was easy to find. Room is clean. Toilet and shower is clean with all the necessities needed. Breakfast is also good. Recommended!
I liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.
Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
Well located near a train station, with a famous fox temple nearby and good local food.. checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless.. beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places.. they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded
Location: Situated in the heart of Ueno, it is within a short walk of JR Ueno Station, Okachimachi Station, and Ueno Park. It is especially convenient for those arriving from Narita via the Keisei Skyliner.
