After reading previous reviews, I was half-worried and half-excited before arriving in Jeju, but the accommodations were surprisingly good, so I'm leaving this lengthy review.
First of all, I'm grateful that they assigned me a room on a mid-floor floor, close to the elevator.
I opened the card key provided by the first-floor reception and was immediately impressed by the spacious room and bathroom. There was ample space to spread out my suitcase and other luggage, and I also appreciated the TV monitor right in front of the bed. There were also plenty of charging outlets, so I could charge my phone whenever I needed!
There's no soap in the bathroom, so it's a good idea to bring your own disposable soap or other items. The rest of the room is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, rinse, and other amenities, making this a truly satisfying stay.
The first-floor reception and lounge have vending machines stocked with cup ramen and other amenities. So, if you forgot to bring your own supplies or just want a quick bite, you can purchase them at the vending machines.
In addition, they have various practical guidebooks for traveling in Jeju, so it would be nice to check them out when you're bored or have some free time. There's also a cafe next to the building that opens and closes early. I didn't use it, but I think it's worth a visit if you have extra time.
Of course, public transportation is also convenient.
You can take a direct bus from the airport to Jeju City Hall, and the nearby bus stop offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and other delicious options (there are tons of local favorites). You can come and stay comfortably! I guarantee it!
I'd love to stay here again next time I visit for travel or business :)

The location is just over two kilometers from the airport, near the intersection of a main road and a new community. It's quiet at night, surrounded by parks and a river. A taxi to the airport only takes about five minutes (costing around 5,000 KRW / 20-30 CNY), which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store within walking distance, and the area is full of budget-friendly hotels.
The front desk is run by a family who are very friendly. The room was perfectly adequate, with two beds of different sizes, making it suitable for a family of three. One bed was wider, and there was even an electric blanket, which was a very thoughtful touch. It had everything you needed, even toothpaste provided. The hot water was plentiful with good pressure. This place offers excellent value for money! 👍

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Shilla Duty Free Shop.
Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. The front desk doesn't speak Chinese, but English, Korean, or translation software are available! They're very friendly and offer luggage storage. The hotel has an elevator, accessed with a key card. Rooms are cleaned and trashed daily, and the service lady who handles them speaks Chinese. Towels are changed daily (I brought my own supplies, so I can't comment on their cleanliness—bedding, toiletries, slippers, etc.). Disposable items are not provided (this isn't common in Korea; large, high-end hotels have them, but smaller hotels and B&Bs don't). Slippers are provided, with separate wet and dry areas. Upon entering, the room looked clean overall. However, I recommend mopping the floor if you're going to sit down! The only downside is the mirror facing the bed... Maybe we're a bit sensitive about that, so we covered it ourselves. Also, there's no outlet by the bed, and the only outlet for charging is by the dressing table. The bathroom is smart, with the tub and shower in the same area. The soundproofing is decent; I used earplugs, but it didn't affect it much. It's very convenient around downtown Jeju Island, so transportation isn't a problem. There are food and drinks and 24-hour convenience stores everywhere you go. This room is definitely worth the price! Guys, be sure to bring adapters, at least two if possible!

This is a small local inn run by an elderly couple. I took bus No. 3001 from the airport at 11 PM and walked 300 meters to the hotel.
The room was very clean, and at about 15 square meters, it wasn't small. The double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing and warmth.
The next morning, I woke up at 5 AM and left my luggage at the front desk. The elderly couple were very accommodating.
The barbecue restaurant across the street is excellent, and nearby there are GS25 and CU supermarkets for everything. A taxi to Seongbanak costs around 60-70 RMB!

First off, the location is truly fantastic – really close to the airport, duty-free shops, and all the main attractions. There's even a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late on New Year's Eve, around 11 PM, and check-in was still super fast. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and the room had a great view; you could see the ocean right from the window. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and the potato pork bone soup across the street was delicious too. Now for the only downside: it's quite close to the road, so there was a bit of noise at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Jeju Island is beautiful!
The Jeju Donggung Motel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Jeju City will find that the Jeju Donggung Motel is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is conveniently located a short 4km drive from Jeju International Airport. There's plenty to do nearby, with Jejumok Gwana, Tapdong Plaza and Jeju Culture and Arts Promotion Agency all within a short distance. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For guests traveling alone, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I'm climbing Hallasan the next day. It's a self checkin and the keys were prepared as I arrived. It feels homey, it's clean, tho a bit old of a building. It's very much like a motel we see in kdramas lol. The location i convenient, there's a lot of convenience store nearby, and a Starbucks and Mcdonalds a few blocks away. The owner is an older man and is very kind. I slept comfortably, thank you so much. My only thing here is that there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. It was tough especially my knees hurt so bad from the climb the day before checkout, but overall good stay.

The hotel is in a strategically convenient location near the Black Pork Street and Dongmun Traditional Market within walking distance. It also has a parking lot, pretty convenient for drivers.
The receptionist is also friendly and forthcoming.
The room is spacious and clean even though it is not new but well-renovated and well-maintained.
If I come back to this area again in the future, I will stay here again.

The hotel's location was quite good. An elderly gentleman was at the front desk, and check-in was incredibly simple and quick, completely hassle-free. We got checked in in no time! It was already early morning when we arrived, and the elderly gentleman was still at the front desk.

Overall, the facilities are clean and quiet, which is nice. The price is reasonable, and the facilities are adequate. I'd definitely return. However, the cable TV sound is incredibly loud, even at level 1. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else.

The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. However, if you book a one-day tour through Trip.com that includes pick-up service, this hotel's location isn't covered. 😂 The room is small, but it doesn't feel cramped and is quite clean. If you don't need housekeeping, you have to bring used towels to the front desk to exchange them and pick up drinking water there. If you do want housekeeping, you need to leave your room card at the front desk before 11 AM. I would definitely stay here again next time.

JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.
DdangomochiIt’s a fantastic pension with amazing sea view, I sat at the window stoning for awhile, lol. There’s McDonalds, cafes and Lotteria within walking distance though we didn’t try any. Comes with parking and room is clean with under floor heating. Do note that it doesn’t come with elevators. The owners are very friendly and helpful, assisted us when we had issues with our rental vehicle. Great place to stay especially if you’re exploring West Jeju.
JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite.
The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, pretty standard. There aren't many shopping options nearby; for serious shopping, you'd need to head to the Shilla Duty Free area, which is about a 20-minute taxi ride. It's a quiet place to stay, and the overall environment is good. There's a Korean fast food place along the street, something like 'Yong...', which was quite tasty. Right next to the hotel, there's a Ruby Ice Cream shop that's also delicious. The hotel breakfast was good too, especially the fish! Jeju Island is really fun!!!
GGuest UserWe stayed in a double plus single bed room facing the airport/ocean. It was a lovely view. Check in and check were both pretty smooth. Room size is okay for small family. Bathroom comes air heated bidet which is appreciative during cold months. The bed were very comfortable and we have a very restful night.
Location is seems to be surrounded by lots of restaurants catered to PRC tourists. Even walking on the street feels like we are in China.
Shops like Innisfree and Olive Young are just steps away from the entrance. It makes a good airport hotel as the drive is only 15mins. Hotel also provides free airport shuttle stating from 7am.
CCY TanMy stay at Maison Glad Jeju was both comfortable and memorable, offering a great balance of convenience and quality. The hotel’s location is a huge advantage—situated in the heart of Jeju City, it made getting around, exploring local spots, and accessing the airport incredibly easy.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. While not overly luxurious, it felt cozy and practical, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest.
Service throughout my stay was efficient and professional. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I also enjoyed the dining options available at the hotel, with a good variety of food to suit different preferences.
Overall, Maison Glad Jeju is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jeju.
GGuest UserBooked a family suite with two bathrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made check-in very smooth. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there are disposable slippers, though they're quite thin, so you might want to bring your own. During our stay, we saw many Korean locals staying here. It's in the city center with lots of food options nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.
AAnonymous UserThe room for this type is quite spacious, with two 1.5-meter double beds, easily accommodating four people.
There's no balcony, but it has large windows, and a smaller window that can be opened for ventilation.
The toilet is a bit small, but the shower area is a decent size.
The cleanliness is well maintained.
Given that it's an older hotel, I was prepared for it to be quite dated when I booked. However, upon arrival, I realized it must have been renovated, as the facilities didn't feel old at all. Everything seemed perfectly fine. It offers great value for money!
GGuest UserI arrived quite late for check-in and was a bit disappointed at first because there was no one at the front desk and I had to self-check-in. However, after coming back from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the room had a balcony, which was perfect for smokers and very convenient. Plus, a bathtub in the room at this price point is incredibly rare! At just over 200, the overall amenities and comfort far exceeded my expectations. The charging outlets are super thoughtful for domestic travelers – no need to rent adapters like at other expensive hotels nearby, which is a huge bonus. The room was clean, tidy, practical in layout, and had thoughtful details. The value for money is off the charts, far surpassing more expensive hotels in the same area. The stay experience was excellent, highly recommend!
66laoshiThe area is small, the service and sanitation environment are good, the location is near Wudaokou, adjacent to Dream Building and Emart, and the transportation is convenient. There are waiters who can speak Chinese, and communication is barrier-free.
When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
