The staff at Central City Hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. Their hospitality made my stay more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is not extremely lavish or wide in variety, but it is decent and satisfying enough for a good start to the day. The room is a bit on the small side, but considering the price we paid, I feel it is totally worth it. The best part is the hotel’s location — it’s very central and convenient, right in the heart of Chinatown KL, close to many attractions and public transport. Overall, a good choice for budget-conscious travelers who value location and service.

We were attending concert at Megastar Arena in Sungei Wang, booked this hotel for its close proximity to the venue. Best decision ever! We just need to cross a street or take a bridge to reach sungei wang. The view is fantastic, 118 building right infront of our window. Breakfast is decent, not a lot of choice but is okay. Beddings are good, shower amenities good, bathtub is clean. Had a pleasant check out with Ms Noraini at reception. We will definitely come back.

Overall everything was good special the view, my view was over the twin towers and it was very unique and nice, showered there were some negatives like if u wanna eat outside u have to walk for it like around 30 min.. if u are foody person think this hotel is not good for u but if u are a big fan of location and views this hotel absolutely can easily drow your attentions

It's truly close to the Petronas Twin Towers, about a 5-10 minute walk. The famous infinity pool tends to be crowded, as it's shared among several apartment units. Waiting for the elevator can take a bit longer. Regarding the security deposit, since we arrived late and didn't have time to exchange for Malaysian Ringgit, we paid 900 RMB instead. Absolutely no smoking and no durians, otherwise, your deposit will be withheld. Check-out is at 11 AM and they are quite strict about it. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set aside an extra 20 minutes for the staff to inspect the room for any damages. It's better to check out a bit earlier to avoid delays.

Decent room for a short stay. Clean room but just old. Water pressure is very strong. Aircond is cold and bed is comfy. Free 2 bottles of water. But need to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste. Near 99 speedmart and kkmart. Nearby can park at open carpark. Lots of mamak restaurants too. Convenient to go to bukit bintang shopping district

The room was quite spacious. There were four of us on a family trip, and we found it to be economical and very clean. My dad and son shared a bed, and I shared a bed with my sister-in-law. My only regret was not requesting a high floor when booking; the Twin Towers view from the tenth floor wasn't as great. The experience was excellent. We weren't sure where to put the trash, so we just left it in the room. Also, we didn't have to leave a deposit, and the housekeeper was always available online, which was great. If I visit Kuala Lumpur again, I'll definitely stay here. For someone like me who doesn't usually walk much, the slight uphill walk to get here was a nice bit of exercise. Overall, it was good! It's within walking distance of the Twin Towers, the aquarium, and Pavilion.

I did my research beforehand and knew there was a high chance of getting a connecting room, so I emailed them in advance and specifically asked not to have one during check-in. However, when I finally got to my room, it was still a connecting room. Maybe it's because I was only staying one night, so they didn't care about my experience. The second issue was that I happened to be there during a music festival in Kuala Lumpur, and the entire room was literally vibrating – no exaggeration! The bathroom sink didn't have hot water, only the shower did, which was also really odd. But since it was just for one night, I didn't bother asking the front desk to switch rooms. The only good thing was that it was clean, and even though it was a connecting room, the view from the window was quite nice.
