Here's a short review in English based on your notes: --- This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.

Never thought I’d be able to stay in a place like this on a very reasonable price. I’m a super happy that I chose this place over the cheap and convenient Tonsai area options. It was peaceful even though there were quite a lot of families with small children. I’m not sure if this was because I was a few days ahead of the October 1 opening of Maya Bay tourism season but nevertheless, it was a great experience. Hotel organized activities are quite pricy but a lot of options with the local village tour vendors so shop around before you decide.

This is our 3rd time at the resort in recent years and it remains in our opinion the best higher end resort on the island. It’s tucked away right in the corner of the main beach which means there is no passing traffic and a lot less day trippers about. The rooms are lovely bamboo bungalow with en suite shower and although not very big there is plenty of space for what you need. The beds are large and comfortable and the air con works well. The whole setting is beautiful with the bungalows along sandy paths and surrounded by gardens and trees. The resort has an amazing huge pool and more than enough sun loungers. Breakfast is superb with lots of choice and it’s very fresh. The bakery section in particular is excellent. The only negative - and this is not at all the fault of the resort - is the noise at night from the parties at the other end of the beach. Despite being a really long way away the noise travels across the bay / beach and it goes on until about 3:30am. They provide you with ear plugs but we always take our own better ones with us which are more sound resistant. Soundbloc putty earbuds if anyone is interested! With these in you hear nothing and the resort is absolutely perfect. We will be back i am sure

Superior Double Room with Pool View
Bibby’s tripThe staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and they even arranged breakfast earlier than the usual opening time because we had an early morning flight. We really appreciated the extra care and thoughtfulness.

Pros: - Beautiful nature - Private beach - Peaceful and calm place - Friendly and very helpful staff - Convenient store and cafe near lobby with a good view - Pretty houses - Kayaking for 300 thb 2 hours was very good Cons: - If you need anything more or you arrived on main Phi-phi pier be ready to spend 300thb one way 3 times a day. Or 1500 for a private boat - A very dirty swimming pool - In my opinion there is bad water filtration. Always a bit of a salty taste in the shower and during brushing teeth - No place to swim properly. One beach is a bit dirty because of people and boats. The private beach is full of rocks/corals and the depth is very small. Have to walk really far from land

This was a wonderful place to stay. Amazing views and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet (if you get the choice, it's worth signing up for it). Cats roaming the property and island; great if you're a cat lover like me- if not, no worries, they pretty much leave you alone unless you seek their attention. The only drawback I have is that no matter how many people stay in the room, you get only one key. This is because the key is inserted into a ”socket: that powers the air and lights. Conservation is important for resources on the island. They will, however, let your other roomies in any time, day or night, by stopping by the front desk. If you're not used to it, be aware that Thai beds in general are very firm. Not much padding.

Guest UserGreat hotel & location a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the port area...beautiful little stretch of beach to walk out to & have a relaxing time at. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to give this hotel another go around my next time in the islands.
