Amazing
DDani_19We abbsolutely loved staying here. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The resort has it’s own private beach which is great! We also enjoyed the food here. They have pretty diverse food options for breakfast and excellent service!

JJason2023Pros The location is excellent if you want pretty much everything worth seeing on Phi Phi within walking distance. As the room is windowless, there is less noise from motorbikes and bars – still some, but nowhere near what you will likely experience at many other hotels on the island. Bottled water provided. Free lunch provided (I didn't take advantage if this as the times were fixed and I didn't want to have to eat in a set place during a 2–3 hour window). Staff were very helpful. Wifi was good. Cons Phi Phi is just too expensive now – what you get (small, windowless room, no room cleaning, no pool/gym etc) is just very poor value for money. In many other parts of Thailand you would get a huge room in a beautiful resort for the same price! Room not cleaned over 3–4 days. The room is very small – you are basically paying Singapore prices for a Hong Kong style box room. Strong smell in the corridors (again, reading many reviews for PhiPhi hotels, this seems quite common), however the room didn't smell at all. Overall, i'd say this is acceptable if you want one or two nights on PhiPhi. I don't think any more than that is necessary. If it was priced more reasonably, i'd say it could be good value for money but at over 4000 baht a night, it simply isn't right now. But I guess that comes down to competition, supply and demand. The most important aspect for me was the quietness – not 100% but again, probably better than many other parts of the island.

GGuest UserThis is our 3rd time at the resort in recent years and it remains in our opinion the best higher end resort on the island.   It’s tucked away right in the corner of the main beach which means there is no passing traffic and a lot less day trippers about.   The rooms are lovely bamboo bungalow with en suite shower and although not very big there is plenty of space for what you need.  The beds are large and comfortable and the air con works well.   The whole setting is beautiful with the bungalows along sandy paths and surrounded by gardens and trees.   The resort has an amazing huge pool and more than enough sun loungers.  Breakfast is superb with lots of choice and it’s very fresh.  The bakery section in particular is excellent.  The only negative - and this is not at all the fault of the resort - is the noise at night from the parties at the other end of the beach.  Despite being a really long way away the noise travels across the bay / beach and it goes on until about 3:30am.   They provide you with ear plugs but we always take our own better ones with us which are more sound resistant.  Soundbloc putty earbuds if anyone is interested!  With these in you hear nothing and the resort is absolutely perfect.   We will be back i am sure

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on top of a hill, so you need to take a shuttle bus to get up and down, which takes a few minutes. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour. Breakfast is quite basic; if you add it on separately, it costs 350 Thai Baht, or you can take the shuttle down to town to eat. For the ferry transfers, there are always staff to pick you up and drop you off at the pier, so there's no need to book in advance. I suggest increasing the frequency of the shuttle buses, ideally so they run on demand. The water park was partially open, and the slides were really fast.

GGuest UserIt takes about an hour to get to Phi Phi Island from Phuket Royal Marina by the hotel's speedboat. The hotel front desk staff doesn't speak any Chinese, so you'll need to communicate entirely in English. You can book your return transportation when you check in. The hotel environment is very nice, the staff are all very polite, and the rooms are clean. The only downside is the excessive number of mosquitoes! Be sure to bring your own mosquito repellent! Also, bring some mosquito patches, as there are many mosquitoes outdoors too! The hotel has a Western restaurant, a buffet restaurant, a Thai restaurant, etc. The food quality is generally mediocre, and the prices are not cheap. The Thai restaurant is halfway up the hill, requires reservations, and it's dark with lots of mosquitoes, so I don't recommend going there. For the return trip, I'm not sure why we shared a boat with guests from three other hotels along the way. There were a lot of people and luggage, and it was very crowded. My boyfriend and I sat together, and some white ”mean girls” commented that we were selfish and didn't understand why we didn't sit separately to maintain balance... but no other couples on the boat were sitting separately. Since we were the only two Chinese people, it's hard not to suspect discrimination.

GGuest UserPhi Phi Island is great for couples and singles alike! There are bikini-clad beauties everywhere – a real feast for the eyes. The nights are incredibly lively, with bustling bars and exciting beach performances. 😊 The service at Phi Phi Anita is excellent, especially the hotel staff who helped us with our luggage all the way to the boat. The hotel breakfast was also very good, probably the only decent meal we had as most places on the island serve Western food, which my elderly family members weren't used to. Remember to bring plenty of cash! Besides 7-Eleven, pretty much everything else on the island is cash-only!!!!

GGuest UserFacilities: The garden villa room is spacious enough, with extra beds available in both the living room and bedroom, which was very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. The large balcony dried clothes quickly. However, the room was a bit old, the air conditioner was noisy, and the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it opened or closed. Service: We requested a room close to the snorkeling area in our booking, and they gave us a spot right in the middle of it, which was great. Upon arrival, we received welcome juice and a detailed resort explanation presented kneeling, a very nice touch. Food was delivered to the room, and overall, the service attitude was excellent. Environment: The resort has abundant vegetation and is quite expansive, making you feel like you're staying in a forest. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes; after lying by the pool for a short while, I ended up with seven bites on my back. Every morning around 5 or 6 am, you can hear monkeys, various large birds, and boats, making it difficult to sleep in. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Aside from that: On our first day, we went out to a restaurant recommended by reviews, and our whole family ended up with food poisoning, spending two days recuperating at the hotel. Before leaving the island, I felt a bit disappointed and decided to check out the underwater situation. Luckily, I spotted Nemo! Nemo's location: From the restaurant, walk along the beach to the first beachfront room with a pool. Enter the water and look about 1 meter outside the right side of the floating buoy area, as circled in the picture. The anemone isn't very big, only about 20 centimeters, so you'll need to look carefully.

TToni CummingsCoco Bella Hotel is centrally located in Phi Phi, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants, massage spas, bars, and many of the island’s popular tourist attractions. Very convenient if you want to be in the middle of the action. I’m a fairly extensive international traveler and appreciate luxury when my budget allows, but I also understand that some hotels are simply meant to serve a functional purpose. This property falls into that category. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was adequate for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows could use improvement. The room was a decent size, but not particularly aesthetically appealing. Amenities were basic: Shower gel, pool/beach towels, bath towels and a washcloth were provided. There may have been some plumbing issues, as a mild sewage odor was occasionally noticeable, which was unpleasant but not overpowering. There is no elevator, however the staff was helpful with luggage, and the flights of stairs are short and manageable. Overall, Coco Bella Hotel works if you’re prioritizing location and practicality over comfort or luxury. It’s suitable for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring Phi Phi and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day.

TTavivI chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.
