We stayed in this hotel for the third time and always during the carnival period. I like the hotel very much, from the outer hills, the presence of the lift to the rooms. Simply, sober and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for the sea, a little away from the Carnival of Viaggio, but the walk is pleasant. European breakfast, good and with several sweets. nice and available staff, always present. Excellent quality price. The rooms are a bit dedicated, but all useful and functional. I really didn't like the pictures in the rooms (but it's not a key thing!). The room was very warm, even with the winds on the cold, and the winds of the bathroom were very noisy, until they were shut off, and I feared that the neighbors would be bothered.

Exceptional hotel, brilliant value and run superbly by the most friendly and helpful management team. From the check in staff to the bar staff every single member of staff was courteous, helpful and charming. It is a well located hotel, with well appointed rooms, lovely bar and outside areas and lovely sea views from many rooms. Cannot recommend highly enough

e found Negresco to be quite a charming place so why just 2 stars. ITs all about expectations vs spend. The hotel fees were very high (similar to the 4 seasons hotel) and so we were expecting 4 seasons service and accommodations. Our hosts were nice but my first surprise was that when i came in they told me i must find street parking because they ran out of parking spots. This is something that can be expected from a 2 star hotel but when spending this much- as a welcome is completely unacceptable. Also they never asked me if I wanted to reserve a spot when I made the hotel reservation. I was in constant contact with the hotel about reservations etc and never once did they mention the parking to me. Even motels offer parking Also I got yelled at by the staff in front of other guests that evening because we left our room service outside of my room. Typically room service is left outside the door in a hotel so I wasn’t sure what I did wrong. not only were we embarrassed, we were shocked. Another issue i had was no internet access. It was worse then my flight internet. When I complained i was told in a very cold manner. Its not us- must be to much use.. This to me is again unacceptable. It is not my problem that you have not set up your internet properly. There was no attempt to rectify the problem at all. The location of the property was also very noisy as you can hear a lot of cars etc outside at night. The rooms itself were old and outdated and the AC hard to use.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in a junior suite for three adults plus our puppy with a sea view and balcony. The staff are brilliant being very professional, engaging and highly efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great including room service and there are loads of free extras including car parking, bikes, tennis etc. The beach is a short walk across one road and the area is quiet. We have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to all friends and family who want to visit Tuscany and experience something very special. Find x case before calling and I already understood from the voice right now and I didn't look for anything else. I asked Stefano a lot of questions as I went to my mother's company with health problems and my intention is to make her happy ..... My feelings were right. It is also thanks to Stefano in Brunella and all the staff including the mythical dog Zigghy and the fabulous cat I managed to make her happy. We asked whether it was possible to stay one day more and fortunately they managed to satisfy us. Besides the excellent room, cleaning and fabulous breakfast, ... There is much more ... What makes this place a fabulous is : their professionality, gentleness, sympathy and simplicity ( you immediately perceive the love they have for their work and that they have to do with the work of the people. They do everything to make you feel good.) You really feel like home and super cocktailed . Respirate pure air immersed in a spectacular quietness.
