Hotels in Cotai,Macau
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!"

Perfect
AAlexander JoI stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

AAnonymous UserMacau hotels are all incredibly luxurious, and it's quite challenging to find one that excels in every aspect – hygiene, facilities, dining, and shopping. However, The Londoner Macao exceeded all my expectations! I meticulously checked every single facility in the room, and everything was brand new. For someone who pays attention to detail, The Londoner Macao's facilities were simply perfected. A special thanks to the cleaning lady! She was so enthusiastic! Every day she'd ask if I needed anything, and she left an abundance of bottled water. She even noticed the occasional notes I left in the corner and helped me put out an air freshener! The laundry staff were incredibly warm and professional! I brought a silk-cotton sleeping bag that's usually difficult to wash, but the laundry team handled it very professionally. It was ironed neatly and came back smelling fresh and clean. When I needed to wear an evening gown later, the hotel staff immediately came to my room to help me fasten it. Thank you! The front desk, due to being extremely busy and serving so many guests daily, occasionally had unanswered calls, which I completely understand. The lobby concierge staff were exceptionally enthusiastic! Every time I asked for directions, they would meticulously plan out the route for me! They even helped me plan my entire itinerary. The ladies were all so warm and friendly, I was truly touched! Thank you so much! The bellhops at baggage storage were also very warm and professional! They promptly helped with luggage pick-up and delivery. This level of efficiency and professionalism is something many hotels in other cities might not achieve, especially during such a busy peak season! I stayed for five nights, and due to the hotel being fully booked, an upgrade wasn't possible. However, based on the hygiene standards, new facilities, and professionalism, I have to give it full marks. While Bond Building is very new, there was still a slight renovation smell in the corridors. However, there was no renovation smell at all in the rooms, which is also excellent! Plus, the corridors of Bond Building are stunning. For someone with an eye for detail, the aesthetics are truly high-end, the very definition of luxury! The only minor flaw I found was the red chairs in the twin room. I wonder if dark blue chairs would look better and align more with The Londoner Macao's overall color scheme. The hairdryer was an older European style. It looked new, but these types of hairdryers can easily overheat hair. Perhaps switching to a Dyson or other ionic hairdryer would be an improvement. Regarding dining, I've tried both The Mews and Hampton Court. Hinson, a staff member at The Mews, was so enthusiastic! He brought me a handmade coffee and pastries! I absolutely loved both the coffee and milk tea – they were so authentic, and he even explained the process and details of making them! The shrimp dumplings and siu mai were also the best I've tasted here, which led me to eat at The Mews several times in a row! Hampton Court offered a rich and luxurious variety of dishes! Unfortunately, my appetite was too small to try everything, so I'll definitely try the dishes I missed on my next visit. Shopping couldn't be more convenient; all my favorite brands were nearby! I could just go downstairs and shop till I dropped, and I finally got to visit the much-anticipated Koi Kei Bakery! The staff at the entrance were also very warm and professional! From landing in Macau and taking The Londoner shuttle to going to Zhuhai Airport, thank you for helping with my luggage every time. Traveling alone can be quite challenging, so I'm very grateful for your assistance! I will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again!

GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

__WeChat506228****The rooms are cozy and inviting. Each stay comes with two small teddy bears, a lovely souvenir for guests to remember their visit. The front desk service is friendly and efficient. Churchill's restaurant caters to various tastes, with their Western-style pastries being a particular highlight. This time, I stayed for two consecutive days. On the second day, housekeeping was delayed until the evening because they prioritized unoccupied rooms. It was also a busy period, just before the reunification celebration and Christmas, so housekeeping services were overwhelmed.

Oorangejing****The service was excellent. Someone immediately came to help with our luggage when we got out of the car, and check-in was very fast. We even got upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was beautiful at night. The room was fine for one person, though it might be a bit cramped for two. Toiletries were by Lanvin, and bottled water was provided. On the ground floor, there's a large Pop Mart exhibition that attracts many people lining up for photos. It's very convenient to get to The Londoner and The Venetian via internal walkways. While there aren't many shopping options at The Parisian, there are dining areas on the first and third floors. They also offer shuttle services to the airport. Overall, I'd highly recommend it.

__WeChat27552****An absolutely fantastic experience 👍 The hotel is located right inside a mall, directly opposite The Parisian, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also directly connected to the light rail on the 2nd floor, making travel a breeze. A big thank you to the front desk staff; they arranged a very comfortable check-in on the 2nd floor and gave us a room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower – the night view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast food and flavors were excellent, and serving until 11 am made it perfect for a brunch. Nice! There's also a 'Sham Tseng Chan Kee Roasted Goose' restaurant in the mall that serves authentic and delicious food, even the kids loved it, receiving unanimous praise~

KKira🌟 Truly captivated by my stay at MO! 🌟 Undoubtedly Macau's top scenic spot, the luxurious Tower View Suite offers unparalleled views – one side facing the stunning sea, the other overlooking the Macau Tower. You can enjoy the sunset over the tower from your room in the evening, and witness the sunrise over the ocean from the pool in the morning. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's service is impeccable and incredibly thoughtful. Upon learning it was for my parents' anniversary, they proactively upgraded our room, decorated it, and gifted us red wine and cake. As a member, I also received a complimentary breakfast for a third person. The attention to detail in their service was truly moving. From the moment the butler escorted us and introduced the facilities, we felt a warm sense of belonging. The turn-down service didn't feel routine; instead, it genuinely anticipated all our needs. Returning to the room in the evening, we discovered so many delightful surprises, feeling a truly personalized touch. The breakfast, featuring mostly my favorite Chinese dim sum, was exquisite and delicious. Definitely worth a perfect score! 💯

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
