GGuest UserGenuinely the best hotel that Iâve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

My second impression was how proactive and enthusiastic the staff were. The Okura also has a clear advantage in its location, making getting around extremely convenient.

Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good nightâs rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, weâve experienced excellent service beforeâbut what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard serviceâit felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptionalâspacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviarâsomething that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

AAnonymous UserEvery staff member at the St. Regis, from the charming men to the lovely ladies, was incredibly welcoming and had excellent service attitudes. Although there was a minor hiccup during my stay, it didn't affect my experience at all. The city lights glittered like a spilled galaxy, with the clock tower standing still, as if a night watchman was gently strumming the strings of time.
The service was as warm as the spring sunshine. The tea sets were arranged precisely like soldiers at attention, and even the ice bucket exuded a sense of ritual. The towels by the mirror were folded into neat little boats, and the washbasin reflected the clear morning light. Every detail conveyed silent respect. A notepad and pen lay ready by the phone, as if to say: 'You speak, and we will listen intently.'

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
Iâve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and Iâm left with a lot of HKD currency which I donât need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel Iâve lost money.
And itâs the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.

MMaitangdoujiangjiangdexiaogegeWho on earth is praising this hotel? Because my company covers travel expenses, I used to always pay the difference to stay at places like St. Regis or Banyan Tree. This time, I saw this newly opened hotel for just over 600 a night, not much different from The Parisian, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad and decided to stay for two nights as a stopover. The experience was simply⊠indescribable.
1) I booked a suite, but when I arrived, I found there was no shower, only a bathtub where I had to squat to wash. I can't understand how a hotel could be designed like this. đ I contacted the front desk, and they told me all suites are designed without a shower. If I wanted to change rooms, I'd have to downgrade without a refund for the price difference. That's pretty ridiculous. It's their design flaw, not clearly stated on the booking page, yet the customer is expected to bear the consequences.
2) The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, couldn't connect anywhere, whether on the balcony or by the pool.
3) The outdoor pool, forget about being heated, it was an ice-cold pool. And during my two-day stay, I never saw the water being changed.
4) The location is very remote. Although there's a shuttle, it only goes one way. I ended up taking taxis back and forth, and even taxis were scarce, requiring a long wait.
5) Ordering coffee by the pool incurred a service charge⊠St. Regis, Conrad, and Galaxy don't charge service fees, do they? There wasn't even a bottle of water by the pool.
This hotel is on my lifetime blacklist.

Vvivian_eastwoodThis is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. AA LITTIE WATERFor my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.
