**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!**
My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation.
Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

This hotel is located at a very convenient location.
But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons:
1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos.
When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!!
2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas.
3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!!
4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!!
We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period.
Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500.
And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced.
Thank you

As a solo traveller, I am satisfied with the courteous and attentive service provided by members of the staff in Four Seasons. They assisted me and gave me practical suggestions cordially. They asked for my comments and followed without delay. They gave me feed back as soon as possible.
The various international cuisines provided in the morning breakfast were unique and attractive. I was exhilarated to see the Teppanyaki ice cream 😍! I ordered one with my own choice of toppings, yum!
If you have a sweet tooth, you will be gratified to see various desserts provided.
Moreover, a waiter from time to time came to our tables and surprised dinners with limited unique, skillfully crafted dim sums.
As a female traveller, the hygiene in the toilet in my room is a vital concern. I was satisfied to find the second roll of toilet paper covered with a decent cover so that it would not be contaminated in exposure to the toilet.
Apart from the towels placed outside the bathroom/ bath tub, it was thoughtful that towels were placed beside the beds. It will be more comfortable n healthy to dry feet thoroughly before going to bed.
Surely, the view, the decorations, the seasonal flower arrangements and the facilities in this renowned prestigious hotel were impeccable as I expected.

I must say that the staff must speak in english. They should know how to speak in english.
Its so hard to communicate to them.
Its near the airport so many tourist international visits their hotel.
And also the staff is not welcoming.
Not even saying hello , good morning. Nothing.
I dont like the staff there in the lobby.
I like the housekeeping attendants. They are nice even they cannot speak in english. Unlike the people there in the lobby. English is not good and very rude.

I, Mr Han Aik Juan, is the booker for both our room-stay at St. Regis Macao.
We try check-in at 1500LT and was only given 1 ready room and the other room need to wait for 1 hr, need cleaning, and they will pass the key to us in the other room.
Was told to put a deposit of $3000 for our room with our credit card and will return if all clear when check out.
Waited in our room for 2 hrs later, no key given, so made a way to reception, asked why the other room not ready, then they checked and room was cleaned hour ago, and key was not deliver to us, wasted our time waiting in the room.
On checking out, no additional charges, we asked for our deposit to be cancel, was told that the $3000 been booked and will ONLY be return to us abt 3 weeks later. This rule was not make out to us when we check in! HOW ARE WE TO MONITOR THAT THE AMOUNT TO BE RETURN TO US??? Also any claim against us, how are we to answer it??
Please assist to feedback our comment to them.

This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

A refurbished hotel that keeps its nostalgic and preserved past in the present. A unique hotel that continues to maintain its antics which is a welcome experience for modern travellers.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff, especially its Front Desk Manager, Mr Poon, who is very helpful and obliging.
Room was a bit small but accomodative, clean, air conditioned is cold, water pressure strong, toiletries well provided. The bed was super comfortable and my sleep was superb.
Breakfast was wholesome and you can choose either Chinese with varieties of dimsum serving or Western with vegetables, pork bun, sausages, ham and sunny side up eggs.
Location is central at Taipa where you can walk to St Paul's Ruin and the walking street within minutes. Its about 15 minutes walk to Grand Lisboa, the iconic building at Taipa.
Will return when I visit Macau again.

We had a fabulous time at the Londoner Macau. On the first night, we had a medical emergency and had to call a doctor in. Mr Colin , manager- guest relations was very prompt and had the doctor at our doorstep within a few moments. Everything was managed extremely well and professionally.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The decor of the rooms is very contemporary and modern. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and had a wide variety.
Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely book another stay at the Londoner in the future.

Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.

GGuest UserThis is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff!
Also the location is super convenient.
SS.T.T.Highly recommended
The room is big, bright, beautiful and clean.
The mini bar had lots of variety of drinks.
The dressing gown was so soft and comfy, sleeper were comfy too.
Definitely will come back to stay again .
EEd WongThe family had a wonderful stay at the Parisian. It's super convenient, and had an amazing swimming pool and playhouse (both indoor and outdoor) for children to play in. They upgraded our room to one facing the Eiffel Tower and it was a gorgeous view indeed. Would definitely stay again.
RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.
AAnonymous UserHuge rooms with huge beds. Everything is available upon calling room service. They r generous with their bottled water and will bring cables and pillows when requested. The hotel had a Qube kids club where my kids had a lot of fun. Convenient with free shuttle services. Wish the hotel pillows weren’t so soft, technically no neck support for sleep at all. We enjoyed team labs super nature in the Venetian hotel.
GGuest UserPros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.
CCHUTINUNNNRoom clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants
GGuest UserOverall experience was good. We stayed at this hotel many times. There are more shops opened in the mall now which is great. We tried the Line Friends restaurant and deco was nice.
EExplorhears Travel and ToursWe were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau.
The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh.
We generally loved our stay
KKseniiaGood hotel. Perfect location and brilliant staff, they are invaluable and nice. All requests were handled very fast. And special thanks for Mr Oscar from the Concierge.
