LLvselaiyinheThe hotel's design is truly unique and stands out in Macau. Both the exterior and interior decor are absolutely stunning. The staff's service level is exceptional, and the rooms are highly intelligent, allowing you to control lights, curtains, and more with a tablet. Plus, most drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary.

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area. Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing. Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there. I wish them continued success.

DDeerailvxingExcellent, excellent! The fragrance is quite strong, and the hotel has been newly renovated with a beautiful, luxurious Bond-style design. The London vibe is very appealing. The only minor issue is that with a high occupancy, service can sometimes be a bit slow, which is something that could be improved. Other than that, everything else is great. Compared to similar-priced rooms in Hong Kong, this offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious and bright. The mall directly beneath the hotel is super convenient. They even prepared a small dessert for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, many of the front desk staff are handsome and beautiful and all very enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back to Macau for another stay if I get the chance!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-furnished. I really appreciated the complete set of complimentary toiletries provided, and the slippers were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, though it would have been even better with a bathtub. They offer a shuttle to the border crossing, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel front desk staff were warm, friendly, and quick to respond to guests' needs! The night view from the 21st-floor scenic room was particularly amazing! Plus, there were plenty of free snacks and drinks in the room!

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, and the overall cleanliness was excellent, with great attention to detail. There was even a turndown service in the evening, making this one of the best hotels we experienced on this trip. They offer a free shuttle service from the border gate, which makes getting to the hotel very convenient. While it's slightly less central than the Venetian or Parisian hotels, Macau isn't very big, so it's still quite convenient overall.

AAnnie .ZAfter exiting Zhuhai Hengqin Port, I took the light rail for one stop to Lotus Bridge, which cost 6 MOP and could be paid via WeChat or Alipay. It was then a 15-minute walk to the W Hotel, a flat and easy route even with luggage. The W Hotel is very new and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and polite, and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and bright with beautiful views, and the facilities were new and spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Macau.

LLijian PhrigianThe Venetian Macao Stay: An Unexpectedly Luxurious Trip My stay in the Venetian Macao's Luxury Royale Suite was filled with surprises, and I absolutely have to write a glowing review to recommend it to everyone! 【Room: Immersive European Luxury】 The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the opulent, vintage palace style! Gilded decorations and quality furniture, coupled with warm lighting, made it feel like living in a European noble's residence~ - The space is incredibly spacious, with a well-designed suite layout. The living area, bedroom, and bathroom are clearly separated, so it never felt crowded even with friends over; - The bedding was so soft I could 'sink in and never want to get up.' I slept for one night and surprisingly had no back or neck pain (a huge plus for someone with neck issues like me!); - Attention to hygiene was top-notch: the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, high-end toiletries, and towels so fluffy they could 'bounce off.' Not a speck of dust could be found even in the corners – a dream for anyone with OCD. 【Amenities: All Your Food, Drink, and Fun Needs Covered】 At the Venetian, the main draw is being able to 'have a blast without even leaving the premises': - The Gondola ride is a must-try! Sitting in the swaying boat, listening to the gondolier hum Italian folk songs, and passing by European-style buildings along the 'man-made canal' truly makes you feel like you're in Venice for a moment; - Shop 'til you drop at the mall: home to luxury brands like LV and Gucci. When you get tired, you can pop into a cha chaan teng for a bowl of noodles or head to a trendy café for some industrial-chic photos; - The recreational facilities are amazing: the heated pool offers spectacular views (you can swim while admiring the Macao Tower at night), the gym has more equipment than a personal training studio, and even the aromatherapy scents in the spa area are incredibly therapeutic~ 【Location: Prime Macao Buffs Aplenty】 The hotel is located in the heart of the Macao Peninsula, with incredibly convenient transportation: - It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. After sightseeing, you can also check out the colorful houses on Love Lane nearby; - A 5-minute taxi ride to the Grand Lisboa/Wynn Palace if you're in the mood for some gambling; - Surrounded by a plethora of food options: old-school pork chop buns, authentic Portuguese cuisine, popular ice cream parlors... You can easily sample all of Macao's flavors on foot~ From hardware to service, from experience to location, The Venetian Macao has ingrained 'high-end vacation vibes' into every single detail! I'll definitely be back for a second visit next time I'm in Macao~ I genuinely recommend it to all travelers seeking quality and a sense of occasion!

GGuest UserIf you love walking, distance isn't an issue at all. I walked to Grand Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM – it only took me 15 minutes to get to Wynn. You can also politely ask the front desk for a L'Occitane trial set. The coffee in the mall downstairs is excellent. The best part was the complimentary Wynn cable car voucher; it felt like a Disney FastPass! The line next to us was super long, but we got on the cable car in just 5 minutes 🚠🚠🚠.

AAnonymous UserAs a stickler for details, I was very satisfied! The toiletries in the room were of excellent quality, the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the hot water came on quickly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The best part was when the front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type – that was incredibly thoughtful!
