"Location is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol."
"Yes this is the MAGIC place to stay when you are going to the U.S. Embassy for your tourist visa to the USA. It worked, finally my wife got her tourist application approved, 3 times a charm... Everything was ok, the room was good but the neighborhood is sort of trashy, dirty, not to many food places to go eat. We walked to the mall but got back in daylight hours.
Thanks for the good vibes, WE DID IT!"
"The variety and quality of breakfast offered by the hotel are dropping to an unsatisfactory level since it changed to be Managed by the new Lavie Group.
Food choices are limited and the staffs did not refill the food on trays. Cheese…… horrible smell when walk near to the cheese corner. The herbal cheese paste smell and taste like **** ! Wonder if the chef passed the training to work in this so called 4-5 star hotel ?!
Food choices and quality back in the old days as managed by the New World group and Hyatt Group are always perfect ! I do hope to see improvement from the hotel chef !"

"I had an incredible experience at Manila Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of intramuros. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary water and snacks. Also thank you for the upgrade room.
The hotel's location was perfect – close to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. I also had the chance to enjoy hotel amenities like the gym, and pool, which were top-notch.
Overall, I would highly recommend Manila Hotel to anyone visiting Philippines. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!"
"I had a great experience at Eurotel. The hotel is very clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. It’s also conveniently located with easy access to key areas, making it a great choice for travelers. Overall, a hassle-free and comfortable stay—I’d definitely recommend it!"
"Location is perfect, near to public transportation and near to famous tourist spots. Staff are very accpmodating. Whole hotel is so clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they change the food selection everyday.5/5"
"Actually I have booked this room for my friend, and he asked me to book for two more days.
I had been in the hotel couple of months ago and it's near the Robinson place and the location is very easy to reach , many transportation and restaurants are nearby in the hotel."
"It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila"

Great
RRamon Emil TuringanEverything is good, location across a mall, clean room, and in-room dining food is delish.
Two things i was somewhat disappointed were television reception (few channels) and elevator traffic.
BBrandi from TexasThis is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

OOhOhLeoThe Manila Prince Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Manila. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, which are perfect for relaxation, and the inclusion of a bathtub adds a touch of luxury. The outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape, while the wide selection of breakfast options caters to diverse tastes. For larger groups or families, the availability of connecting rooms is a fantastic feature, ensuring both privacy and togetherness. It's an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort and practicality in a central location.
KKiara Faye LagrisolaCheck-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior.
Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist.
I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space.
In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

AAnneee101The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there are a lot of molds. No bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside. No hair blower or iron in the room but available upon request with a fee of 105 each. The location has passing jeepneys going to quiapo and divisoria which is good.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
Jjaphet Hughbeen here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price.
the room Is Big
tv is working
Airconditioning is Good
Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes
Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc.
location is Good
there is also a restaurant at ground floor
only thing that i hate is
- theres no hot shower
- no elevator
- Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches
AAnonymous UserGood stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.
