This was a business trip, and due to COVID my flight was pushed back one day and I had to cancel the stay in the hotel. But they wouldn’t refund it because I booked over Trip.com; while trip.com said they can’t refund because of something else.
So I haven’t stayed at the hotel and in this time of problematic trips I would expect more understanding from both parties.

I will never stay here again. The facilities are very poor. There is not even a socket. The toilet and bathroom are very old. The price is very expensive. There is no good choice.

This is my third stay in a year. I like this hotel very much. Although it is a bit old, the service is very good. The breakfast is very rich. If you have time, you can enjoy it slowly. The coffee bar on the first floor is very good. It is a good place to talk with customers. Government officials often come in and out of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite good, but the facilities are relatively old. There is no floor drain in the bathroom and there is water accumulation. The shower does not have a hand shower, which is not convenient to use. Breakfast is quite good.
