Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

Very cozy room, excellent service, everything is arranged with attention to detail. Rest with comfort! Very clean, pleasant smell, everything works well. Very pleasant girls on the respiratory ☺️ Cafe, related to the hotel, also rejoiced with good service and delicious dishes.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Awful hotel and service in it. Not 4 stars, but at best 2. The room was broken air conditioner, did not work the regulator, eventually dusted as abnormal very cold air and terribly noisy. On the respiratory, they were dispersed with their hands, offered to pull the card out of the slot (to prevent the number and apparently walk with the lights and the cell phones), but even this didn't help - the air conditioner does not turn off. In the bathroom the plum on the boards. The waterzone is not bad, but the hammam is one name, very cold, the pair almost no. The restaurant was unable to assess - breakfasts were very modest, tables were dirty, dinner in two days never managed, in the first evening we were told that 9 p.m. - it was too late and no one would prepare anything anymore, The restaurant closed at the second evening without even leaving any ads and warnings in advance. In general, paying such money to sleep or eat (to dinner is kindly sent to the food court of a neighbor's shopping mall) is the bottom.

the staff is very attentive and helpful everywhere - at the reception, in the cafe, in the spa center. the room is comfortable spacious, the bed is very comfortable. room is clean and of high quality furnished

Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

From the pluses: + Beautiful view on the river + Delicious breakfast + Available bicycle rental + Delicious cocktails in the bar And everything would be great if not one but, we came to celebrate my birthday. Every year I celebrate it on trips to all kinds of hotels and always get at least a little attention sign, and most often congratulations all day. For me, it is not a question of cake in the room, but a indicator of the hotel's relationship to customers. We had a late departure and when a couple of hours before leaving the hotel there was no congratulations, I came to the resepshen to ask. After my question, “Is something on my birthday?” the staff began to convince me that from the morning they would bring a chiccake / sparkling (then they didn't agree) and everything would be super. In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. Usually, in all hotels with hands and feet are ready to pick up the customer, but apparently not here. I bet 4, because birthday once a year and not for all guests it is relevant. And location, breakfast, rooms are wonderful.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking opposite. Spacious rooms, just a tired renovation, would refresh. Old plumbing, furniture. Breakfast was not taken, nothing to say.
