Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets and takes such wonderful care off.

Hotel on the outskirts of the city. Before stopping - 5 min a week, 25 min a weekend (this should be taken into account if there is no car). A comfortable room, there is everything you need. For breakfast, the choice of several options (toasts, eggs, yogurt, etc), the owner prepares for the specified time.

Quaint hotel with cozy comfort. I am diabetic so breakfast was a challenge. There were many pastries, meats, and fruit. Dining alfresco was lovely. There is a pool, and it seemed dogs were allowed in the rooms. If you are an opera fan on Tuesday evenings in September and October there is a concert at the hotel, 20 euros. They sand the most favorite arias and some Neapolitan songs.

We are staying here now and it far exceeds our expectations! Such charm and such a great staff. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the staff was helpful with supplying items to help us. They answered our many questions and requests. Our room is so charming and the bathroom updated. I gave 5 stars even though the air is not adequate in our lovely room because they supplied a fan that solved the problem. The location is great and we have explored the area on foot and enjoyed the excursions. Our view of the park is great and no traffic noise. I have seen complaints about the breakfast buffet but we found it more than delicious and filling. A great variety of items.. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers..

All charming, the garden, the port with the vineyard where breakfast was served, the pool area, the lake, the room with the port. The very gentle, available and always smiling lady, looked for a dinner place at the last minute and gave us useful advice. We booked a standard room on the relais site (appropriate compared to other sites), but we were then placed in the suite for another booking arrived at the same time. We haven't used sauna and hydromassage, so I can't say anything about it, but the suite is very nice, spacious and with a round bed. It is in the pool area, isolated from the rest of the building, and enjoys a private porch with a sofa, protected by the sun and separated from the pool garden by a racking makes this space really relaxing and intimate. The pool is well maintained and clean, the garden is very spacious, with a gasoline and a bedroom. Breakfast is served on the table under the porch covered by the vineyard, all very good. There is a fusion restaurant (separate management from the relais) within the structure that we have not tried, reachable walking from the hotel (about 300 meters).There is Da mi papa, where you eat really well, typical Toscana cuisine. We have been very good; we certainly advise it and we will return.
