衞生：建議廁所的地漏使用防臭地漏芯，平時還好，如果廁所排風扇一開，味道會被抽出來，很難聞
環境：綠化環境真的很不錯，景觀佈局也很美
服務：服務整體還是可以的，全程微笑服務
設施：園區內設施還是太少了，感覺還不成體系，還做不到不出酒店，能在裏面玩好幾天的內容

一，硬件（5顆星的話）: 2顆星。
1. 當天入住的栗子房間，浴缸漏水，第二天整個廁所地面都是水，導致小朋友早上洗漱摔跤。
2. 酒店勝在環境優美，但是蚊蟲很多。
二，軟件服務（5顆星的話）:衹有1顆星。
1. 小朋友摔跤後，對於小朋友摔跤沒有一點積極處理的意識！我多次跟酒店人員溝通，他們衹考慮到換房間，甚至還有我多次溝通換取同類型的房間，真的挺失望的！心累！入住客户對於服務期望要求不要太高。此次的體驗深究甚至會感受到對自己的侮辱，重點酒店人員還沒有意識到這是對客户的不尊重！
2. 附近配套很差，外賣等配送方圓10公里都沒有！酒店內的24小時便利店，個人覺得無法滿足基本需求！至少此次無法滿足我的基本需求，我也跟前台提出需求，但感覺他們不太會考慮到！
3. 最後孩子的聽力機落在酒店了，跟酒店溝通後，按照我的要求順豐到付！所以給到一顆星！

酒店很贊，住在大山裡，滿眼的綠色，升級了親子房，女兒很喜歡。整個酒店工作人員的服務意識都很好，不論在酒店躺躺，玩一玩，還是去周邊路上溜達一下，都很好。適合帶娃或者親友一起聚會。希望酒店的餐飲可以改進，真的沒有太多吃的。

酒店房間寬敞，設施也很新、床墊舒服，整個酒店就是個大氧吧。服務人員都很有禮貌，出行可以叫電瓶車接送。早餐是自助的，品種多，味道很好。酒店裡有個叫豆豆的狗，真是太乖了。下次還會再來芳草地。

酒店適合帶娃玩，服務也挺好的，叫車衹要電話前台，隨時可以，裏面可以垂釣，但是釣具得自己帶，有皮划艇和玻璃船，小朋友挺喜歡的。酒店裡麪景色很好，也很大。

房間設施還是比較新的，前台給升級了露台大床房，很寬敞，美中不足的是，陽台上蟲子有點多，開門透氣的時候飛進來好幾衹臭蟲。酒店的風景很好，小朋友玩樂的項目也還不錯，呆兩天沒問題，小朋友説以後還要去玩
