Service is terrible. Especially receptionist. Very unhelpful

The receptionist's communication with the person is very bad.

Bad review, the room is small, going up and down the stairs is very difficult, and the elevator is not enough!

Too...too...expensive (blame my own poverty 🤦), the view from the room is nice. Maybe because it is in the center of New York, the hotel lobby and public spaces are quite cramped.

The room is small but the facilities are very new. I overslept because of jet lag during breakfast. The chelesa community is very good. It is considered cost-effective in Manhattan. The room can see the Empire State Building.

The view is nice There is no need to go to see the night view as it has a great view.

The room is very small, the sanitation is not good, there are few elevators in the building, and it takes 20 minutes to wait for the elevator to go downstairs.

The only good thing about the room was the view and the location of the hotel. The room was tiny, we got twin beds even though we booked a king size bed, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Also, the hotel was generally very crowded and it took ages to get to and from the room with the few number of elevators they had.

The hotel is modern and clean. The room with two double beds is very small and has no closet or shelves for storing clothes--just some hooks and hangers, instead of a closet. No luggage rack or floor space for bags if you want to use your bag as a "drawer."

Elevators are not really accessible. If you have mobility issues getting from one side to the other to go up or down elevator can be challenging due to it closing prior to you getting to the other side. Because they are connected you can’t tell which side will open. It can be quite challenging.
