"This hotel is really great! First off, the location is superb, right on Xie Jiao Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and several other landmarks. Plus, it's super close to the Shangzhi Avenue subway station. At the same time, it maintains a nice quiet distance from the bustling tourist areas, which is perfect. The cleanliness and facilities were also very satisfying! The breakfast deserves a special mention; it was so rich and plentiful that it made us instantly drop our plans to eat at the morning market."

"The hotel's location right on Central Street is super convenient for getting around. St. Sophia Church and Daoli Food Market are just a few steps away downstairs. It's about a 20-minute walk to Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, and you can also easily walk to Stalin Park, which is by the Songhua River, and the Middle East Railway Songhua River Bridge. The hotel breakfast, however, was quite mediocre and needs improvement. Around 9 AM, they didn't seem to replenish the food much, and there weren't many options, which didn't match the price point."

"This was my first stay at Hampton by Hilton, and I was absolutely blown away! The facilities are new and complete, and everyone in our group, from the elderly to the children, loved them. Housekeeping came every day and kept everything spotless. I was surprised to see fresh flowers in the lobby; it smelled wonderful every time we walked by. The service was so thoughtful! Our flight was changed to a late-night arrival, and they proactively contacted us to hold our room. The two kids' buffet breakfast perks were a hit; the children loved the breakfast spread, which was rich in variety, and they ate to their heart's content every day. The location is convenient, close to Central Street and the Hongzhuan Morning Market."

"Excellent apartment at a good price. The location is very convenient - the apartments are in the two towers of the Mykal shopping center, right in the city center. Tower B is on the Sophia side, and Tower A is on the pedestrian street side. We stayed in Tower A, and just across the road from the exit, there's a passage to Europ Plaza shopping center, which then leads to the pedestrian street. There are many popular shopping centers nearby. In the evening, right by the entrance to Tower A, they were grilling Chinese skewers, which was a pleasant bonus. The apartment itself was clean, and cleaning was available upon request. The towels were disposable but comfortable. Check-in was remote (we never met the host); they contacted us via WeChat beforehand and provided detailed check-in instructions and the apartment entry code. The mattress was very comfortable (soft), the pillows were good and flat, and the duvet was very warm. Our apartment also had a large sofa and an armchair. In the shared hallway for two apartments, there was a large refrigerator, a washing machine, several stools that you could take into your apartment, and a sink for washing dishes or fruit. The refrigerator also contained glass cups and wine glasses, which we really appreciated. We loved the apartment and will definitely stay there again."

"Unlimited free coffee: ✅ Unlimited free tea: ✅ Facilities: New Cleanliness: Good Location: Very close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a few minutes' walk away. It's quiet despite being central, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easy to get. Service: Superb and very enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage when we checked in, and if we needed anything after checking in, a quick call to the front desk would have it delivered in minutes. We could store our luggage after checking out, and they personally saw us off into our taxi, even giving us a big bag of souvenirs (forgot to take a picture!). Harbin was definitely worth the trip, I'll choose this place again next time! 👍"

"This stay is the whole season 5.0 Xiaoshanqing version, the overall stay experience is very good. The lobby is simple oriental aesthetic, a touch of tea fragrance, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The room is clean and odorless, the layout is reasonable, and it supports Hello Huazhu voice control lighting, curtain air conditioning, and convenient operation. The mattress is moderately firm, the sound insulation effect is good, and the quality of rest at night is very high. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the facilities are brand new. The check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, the service is polite and intimate, and the breakfast is complete. Whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is suitable, it is recommended, and this is the first choice next time."

"An absolutely fantastic hotel experience! The location is superb, making it easy to get around, and the environment is very comfortable. The pre-arrival care was thoughtful and prompt, and the service was incredibly attentive. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in quick, and even offered warm tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was spotless, with no hidden corners, comfortable bedding, and well-equipped facilities. The shower worked perfectly, with good water pressure and ease of use. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet room for a great night's sleep. Laundry service was efficient and quick, and items were delivered promptly with fast responses. The restaurant food was delicious and offered a wide variety. Throughout my stay, the service was considerate and thoughtful, and I felt well-cared for. The staff were friendly and professional, making the overall experience a perfect ten. The pre-arrival care alone makes it worth another stay! Just to add – the staff were very busy when we arrived, but when we enquired about a last-minute room upgrade, they responded patiently, showing excellent training. Also, the beechwood incense display – whoever arranged it has a fantastic eye for aesthetics! 👍🏻"

"The hotel's location is excellent, really close to Central Street. After dinner, it's just a short walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. I recommend visiting at night; the lights really add to the atmosphere and it looks even better than during the day. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They gave eye masks to the elderly to help with sleep and mosquito repellent patches for the kids. Although our room only included breakfast for two, and there were three of us, I was planning to use a member breakfast voucher. But the front desk attendant didn't hesitate and just comped us breakfast for all five days! From our very first day in the Northeast, we felt such warmth and hospitality. The facilities are comprehensive, and the laundry room is super convenient – no more bringing a pile of dirty clothes home. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!"
