Highlight Feature (Pool): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) The most satisfying aspect of the entire stay! The hotel's infinity pool offers excellent views and an expansive panorama, making it a perfect spot for photos and social media check-ins. 🛎️ Service & Hospitality (Birthday Experience & Communication) Front Desk Reception & Flexibility: ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Late checkout denied: I requested a complimentary late checkout until 1:00 PM because I had a bungee jumping activity early the next day, but it was denied by the front desk, showing a lack of flexibility. Communication gap: During check-in, I proactively asked about birthday amenities, and the front desk verbally stated that the ”room had already been specially decorated.” Customer Service Responsiveness & Crisis Management: ⭐️ (1/5) Broken promise: Upon checking in, I found that the room had absolutely no decorations. Passing the buck and insensitive remarks: When I called customer service to inquire, they first claimed it was an ”oversight,” and then blurted out: ”It's so late now, you wouldn't need decorations, would you?” After I confirmed that I did, they bluntly stated they were understaffed and ”couldn't do anything.” Compensation: Ultimately, I only received a supermarket voucher worth 30 MOP as compensation, which felt very insincere and left the birthday celebrant quite disappointed. 💡 Summary and Recommendation Pros: The room hygiene is good, and the infinity pool is outstanding. Cons: The room's hardware and decor do not match the high price; the hotel's arrangements for celebrations/birthdays are chaotic, with inconsistent information from the front desk and customer service. Their responsiveness and customer service attitude need significant improvement. Overall review: If you're coming for the infinity pool, it won't disappoint you; however, if you expect excellent celebration services and flexible, considerate hospitality, the hotel's performance in these areas is regrettable."

"The room was excellent, with a gorgeous design and a huge space. The bed was a super king-size, and complimentary minibar drinks were provided daily. All the staff members had a great service attitude. Overall, I had a good experience, but there are three drawbacks I need to mention. Firstly, transportation isn't very convenient yet. Although there's a shuttle bus, it doesn't offer pick-up services from places like border crossings. Secondly, there was a leak in the master bedroom ceiling, with a significant amount of water dripping onto the floor at night, making it very slippery. Thankfully, we didn't have any elderly people with us. Thirdly, the cleaning service took too long. One day, our room wasn't cleaned until after 3 PM. Perhaps the hotel is new, and their service mechanisms and staff are still getting adjusted. On a side note, the breakfast quality was very good, but the variety was limited. The breakfast was essentially the same for both days. I suggest rotating the breakfast options appropriately."

"Excellent! The decor is absolutely beautiful, with the guesthouse consistently featuring this lovely teal and beige color scheme throughout. The location is fantastic too; the nearest bus stop is only 1-2 minutes away, and the 3x bus from there goes directly to Gongbei Port for departures, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, it's right next to a commercial street and Senado Square. If you walk up about 150 meters, you'll reach St. Dominic's Church. If you take a free shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa Hotel, it's only a 700-meter walk to the guesthouse, which is also very convenient. The hotel service is also excellent. When you check out, they offer luggage storage and even use special anti-loss straps to secure your bags. They also provide large cloth bags for any loose items. The room's cleanliness is great and very tidy. All the disposable amenities are provided, though there were no shower slippers in the bathroom or clean sleepwear (which I didn't dare to wear anyway). The price is incredibly reasonable; for around 300 MOP in Macau, you can stay in such a wonderful place. Overall, it's highly recommended!"

"The hotel itself is great, very close to the bus stop. Just a few hundred meters behind the hotel, you'll find Love Lane and the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by many delicious food options. However, I have urticaria. I hadn't had an outbreak in almost a year and a half, but it seems like the cleaning agent used on the hotel bathroom floor contains allergens. It was truly awful; the urticaria started itching right after I showered. 😓"

What's most commendable is the genuinely warm service, not just a routine reception. When I was leaving, the staff even went out of their way to plan my border crossing route, helping me avoid congestion and saving me so much time. The thoughtful human touch in the details really adds a lot – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Macau! 🥰"
