"Not far from Gongbei Port, it cost us over 60 RMB by taxi. The room was small but very clean. Check-in is after 3 PM, but there's a luggage storage service so you can drop off your bags and go explore. The hotel has an infinity pool, which the kids absolutely loved. You can see the Macau Tower with a lake view, and even watch people kayaking in the mornings. There's a mall right downstairs with several restaurants; our favorite was the rotating sushi place. The hotel also offers free umbrella rentals when it rains. A major bus stop is not far from the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Grand Lisboa and Lisboa, as well as Wynn Macau, are diagonally opposite, and they have free shuttle buses. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and convenient."

"Location: Just a few minutes' walk to Rua de Cinco de Outubro, perfect for hitting up my favorite curry spot, Ngau Kei. Room: Super new, super clean, and incredible value for money, exceeding my expectations. Service: The guy at the front desk was so enthusiastic, and I could even store my luggage after check-out. Facilities: There's a mini-fridge, and the most pleasant surprise was finding the toiletries were the Thai brand Than – that brand is amazing, seriously! The hairdryer was even a niche brand, Laifen. Great experience at this new hotel! 🫶🏻🫶🏻"

The 13 Palace is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Macau, having been recently opened in 2026. The hotel is just 6km away from Macau International Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Seac Pai Van Metro Station within walking distance. Seeing Macau's sights from this hotel is easy with Lisboeta Macau, Macao Giant Panda Pavilion and Galaxy Arena all close by. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Macau hotel features parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel.

"This hotel offers excellent privacy, perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet. Every corner of the hotel is incredibly photogenic, and I mean *every* corner! From the moment you enter the parking lot to the lobby, it's all Instagram-worthy. The fresh flowers in the lobby seem to be changed daily, creating a beautiful ambiance that's great for photography enthusiasts. The room itself is spacious with luxurious decor, and the 2-meter king-size bed is incredibly comfortable. During its soft opening, the price was fantastic, offering great value for money. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the service is warm and attentive. The hotel pool, though not large, is beautifully designed and exclusively for guests, so it's never crowded. After a swim, you can relax in the adjacent hot spring pool, which is very pleasant. Transportation is convenient. While there isn't a direct shuttle service to major city centers yet, I'm confident they'll offer more reasonable and efficient shuttle services in the future. For now, you can easily use Gaode Maps to hail a taxi, pay online, and it converts directly from RMB at the daily exchange rate, which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the Seac Pai Van Light Rail Station, about a 5-minute walk. From there, you can take a couple of stops to the Concordia Hospital Station and transfer to reach places like Wynn Palace, Parisian, Londoner, and Venetian very quickly. The fare is about 6 MOP per person, and the staff at the ticket counter were very helpful and detailed in explaining how to get around and make transfers, which was great. Finally, right next to the hotel building, there's a supermarket and a BBQ-style restaurant."

Located in the heart of Macau's historic city center, Avenida Almeida Ribeiro, U Inn cleverly blends nostalgic charm with modern comfort, providing travelers with a convenient and culturally rich accommodation space, especially suitable for tourists who love exploring Macau's old town. U Inn is a rebuilt three-story old building with historical traces, with "preserving local characteristics and integrating modern technology" as its design core. The exterior walls feature Macau's nostalgic washed cobblestone cladding, paired with traditional colored metal window frames and simple lotus-patterned iron railings, recreating the charm of old Macau architecture. The interior design blends modern minimalism with light retro elements, creating a warm, bright, and culturally rich living atmosphere.

"Super new, super clean, and a fantastic location. Location: It's about a two to three-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's and St. Dominic's Church. Right outside, you can catch direct buses (26, 21) to Taipa, the Parisian, and the Londoner. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Grand Lisboa entrance, where you can find the direct airport bus (MT1). Room: The room isn't particularly spacious, and the pictures are true to life. If you prioritize space, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if cleanliness, location, and price are your main concerns, then I highly recommend it. Value for money: Especially for solo travelers, the price is good and it feels very safe. What more could you ask for in a new hotel located in a tourist area at this price point? Service: The front desk staff were all excellent, and they offer luggage storage. Facilities: There's a wireless charger on the nightstand, plenty of wall outlets (mainland chargers work directly), and USB ports. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the airflow is surprisingly powerful! 😂 The window can be opened, and the building opposite isn't residential or office space, so there are no privacy issues. A great experience! 👍🏻"
