Not what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.

There is parking lot and the restaurant is better.
Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

This hotel is very good, cheap, very clean and relatively new. There are many equipment in the lobby and Starbucks and it is very close to the attractions. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the waterfall. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is worth living.

The location was great and was within walking distance of the shuttle and an easy drive to the park. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was a variety in the menu so one did not have to eat the same thing every morning. We were on the fourth floor. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was difficult to rinse off the soap and get the shampoo out. We would stay there again but would like better water pressure. :>)

We stayed here two nights whilst visiting Niagara Falls. It was good value but you do get what you pay for. No recognition of our BW Diamond Select status on check in, but I find that’s fairly usual. Hotel was conveniently located close to heaps of restaurants and shops. 15 mins from Niagara Falls. The room was generally clean (the floors could use a mop) and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean but we did find several long black hairs on our towels. It always surprises me when this happens as it’s so obvious - a quick check and the issue is resolved!? Breakfast was basic, but fairly standard BW fare. They did run out of cereal and fruit, but we made do. Toaster broke but they quickly brought out a new one. Overall would stay here again.

Generally speaking, it is not how to make a living or eat.
