GGuest UserI rarely write reviews, but this time I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to this thoughtful B&B. After much deliberation online, I finally chose this highly-rated place. As soon as I landed in Chongqing, the host texted me a detailed guide to Chongqing, complete with tips and注意事项 (things to pay attention to), and all my worries instantly vanished.
The room was fully equipped, and there was a spacious living room for relaxation and entertainment. The washing machine had a built-in dryer, and the mattress was super soft and comfortable. If we needed anything else, we could just contact the front desk and have it delivered to our room. Our stay was absolutely fantastic.
The B&B is located in a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, with great views from the high floor. Transportation was incredibly convenient; it was less than a 10-minute walk to attractions like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. There are also two subway lines right outside for easy travel, and both the train station and airport are within a 30-minute taxi ride.
Most importantly, the service was an absolute game-changer and deserves special praise. It's clear that the entire service team puts a lot of effort into running this B&B. Five people looked after just the two of us! The staff were always ready to answer our questions, responded promptly, and were genuinely warm and enthusiastic, which really touched us. Such attentive service made our stay in Chongqing incredibly enjoyable for several days. If I ever come back to Chongqing, I will definitely choose Kongshan B&B again. Go for it, everyone!

What truly impressed and won me over was the Regent Hotel's meticulous and thoughtful service, easily making it the benchmark for high-end hotel service in Chongqing. From the moment I arrived for check-in, the staff were professional, gentle, and impeccably polite. The doorman warmly greeted me, assisted with parking and luggage, and handled everything with gracious humility. The front desk check-in process was efficient and quick, with staff patiently explaining hotel facilities, guest benefits, and local sightseeing tips. The communication felt natural and comfortable. Throughout my stay, the entire team maintained a high standard of service, responding promptly and thoroughly. Room cleaning was meticulous and attentive, with amenities, mini-bar drinks, and local snacks replenished daily. The room was spotless, tidy, and pleasantly fragrant. All requests were handled quickly and appropriately, with attentive service that wasn't intrusive, perfectly embodying the quality of a top-tier luxury hotel. I felt completely at ease and comfortable the entire time.
My executive room had an exceptional overall feel, with an open and airy layout and a spacious ambiance. The decor blended elegant Chinese aesthetics with modern minimalist luxury design, creating a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere. The layout was well-designed, and the soft furnishings were exquisite. The warm lighting created a soothing ambiance. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring quiet and privacy, leading to superb rest. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered unrivaled views of the confluence of the two rivers and the Yuzhong Peninsula cityscape. Whether relaxing or soaking in the tub, I could enjoy the riverside view, immersing myself in the mountainous city's scenery. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, and premium toiletries were well-stocked. The executive room's exclusive mini-bar was refreshed daily with complimentary drinks and snacks. Various thoughtful daily essentials were perfectly provided, with attention to every detail, making for a luxurious and pleasant living experience.
The dining experience was equally outstanding, with dishes that excelled in color, aroma, and taste, balancing both quality and flavor. The hotel offered a rich selection of meals, catering to both local Chongqing flavors and exquisite Western cuisine. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of fresh ingredients, including regular Western pastries, hot dishes, congee, and fresh fruit drinks, as well as authentic Chongqing noodles and pea and meat sauce noodles, full of local character. Executive room guests also enjoyed exclusive executive lounge benefits, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour. The food was exquisitely prepared and diverse, in a quiet, less crowded setting, offering greater privacy and a full sense of exclusive treatment. Additionally, the hotel's main dining options, specialty hotpot, and the Two Rivers Bar on the 7th floor are all worth experiencing. The ingredients are premium, and the cooking is done with care. The Two Rivers Bar boasts a prime view of the river at night, offering a double delight for both sight and taste with the evening breeze and delicious food.
The hotel's public facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The high-altitude heated swimming pool was quiet and uncrowded, allowing me to swim while enjoying river views. The gym had professional and well-equipped machinery to meet daily workout needs. The spa and relaxation areas were well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a tiring journey. The public areas exuded elegant style, with a sophisticated fragrance, creating a tranquil and refined environment where every snapshot looked like a professional photograph.
Overall, my impression of the stay was that Regent Chongqing enjoys a prime location with unparalleled views of the two rivers, complemented by impeccable, thoughtful service, excellent dining, a high-quality executive room environment, and comprehensive facilities. Everything was executed to perfection. With the added executive privileges, the overall value for money and comfort were significantly enhanced, creating a tranquil and luxurious sanctuary in the bustling mountain city.
Next time I visit Chongqing, Regent Chongqing will still be my top choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends traveling or vacationing in Chongqing. It's truly worth revisiting.

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures, but the river view was genuinely great! To the left, there's a big bridge, and to the right, Chaotianmen. Getting around was super convenient; the subway station is right downstairs. Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, the Two Rivers Night Cruise, and Shibati are all nearby. We managed to hit all of them in one afternoon and evening. The front desk service was excellent, and they provided all the toiletries we needed. The only minor downside was that the bathroom door didn't seal well, which caused a bit of water to spill out into the hallway.

The reasons we give this Fairy Mountain trip a perfect score are half scenery and half guesthouse.
Location & Environment: The guesthouse is located within the scenic area, boasting a prime location. After the park closes at night, you can have the entire area to yourself.
The service was exceptionally good and warm, which was the most touching aspect for us. The owner and staff member, Xiao Yang, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. From providing directions before check-in to offering thoughtful suggestions for planning our itinerary, this genuine care was far more touching than routine service.
Overall Experience: If we ever return to Fairy Mountain, this will definitely be our only choice. It's not just a place to rest, but a ”home away from home” during our journey. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality, loves nature, and values a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff will book tickets for local events and tours, and inform you when your booking is confirmed.
Breakfast was very good for the price. We have not been booking with included breakfast but ended up buying it twice during our stay.
The hotel is right near the end of transit Line 1 (Red), the Chaotianmen stop, which is extremely convenient.
Only caveat is be prepared to use a translation app when communicating with some of the staff. We did not expect English fluency so this was not a problem, but you might be confused by Trip.com saying English speaking staff. The staff was very patient with us and all our needs were met.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a light rail station nearby, making it very convenient to get to E'ling Plank Road, Nvzi Dam, Ciqikou, and Guanyin Bridge. The main advantage is its central location, putting all the attractions within a few minutes' walk. There's a microwave and coffee machine in the lobby, so the amenities are quite comprehensive, and the value for money is also pretty good.

It's a must-visit, especially for the ancient North Hot Springs, which is surrounded by lush greenery and a thousand-year-old hot spring temple. It offers a very serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and clearing your mind. The private hot spring on the room's balcony is incredibly comfortable and great for alleviating fatigue. Owen provided exceptional service. The hotel's design is very distinctive, with every room offering views of the Jialing River.

GGuest UserAs a Marriott 'boutique' brand, the Moxy Chongqing truly exceeded my expectations! The overall vibe is relaxed and vibrant. On the 29th floor, there are arcade games and board games, so waiting to check-in was far from boring. The room design is very thoughtful; the folding table and coat hooks are practical and save space, and there are plenty of USB ports, making charging super convenient. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are such thoughtful touches – no worries at all about laundry when you're on a business trip or vacation. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, even offering local Chongqing noodles, really showcasing the local flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to requests, and the late check-out option was a very humane touch!

TTcchengOur family of 6 stayed in the 33rd-floor unit for eight nights. The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right above Hongyadong's 11th floor and the entrance to Qiansimen Bridge. All the food and drinks you could want are downstairs. You get a panoramic view of Chaotianmen and Qiansimen Bridge, and can even watch drone shows directly from there. The staff on duty were incredibly helpful and sincere, answering all our questions and serving us wholeheartedly. The unit itself was well-equipped and clean. They also went out of their way to fulfill our extra requests without any perfunctory responses. We had an unforgettable trip to Chongqing!

GGuest UserThis was my first trip to Chongqing, and I booked a stay at the Le Méridien Chongqing, Nanchuan. The hotel was easy to find, located in a convenient shopping district right next to a metro station. On my first day, I experienced Chongqing's legendary taxi service, but after that, I relied on the incredibly convenient metro for all my transportation needs.
The hotel lobby staff were very welcoming; someone guided me through the check-in process. The front desk employee, Sara, had a lovely smile and spoke very gently. They accommodated our request for a quiet room away from the main road, which was much appreciated and ensured we had excellent sleep during our May Day holiday.
The room itself was quite grand, featuring a bold red and black color scheme. Although the hotel has been open for some time according to its official website, the design still feels very modern and stylish. Even the bathroom had an artistic flair, clearly showcasing the designer's excellent taste and choices. We also requested children's amenities, which were delivered promptly, making it very convenient and family-friendly. The city view from the room was decent too. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.
