The water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the refrigerator provides large bottles of water, which turns out to be charged."

"Increidible incredible place... At first we didn't know it was an ”off the grid” kind of hotel, so we were shocked.. U need to know, there is no AC, no TV and no electric amenities in the room, after midnight the power goes off until next morning, bar closes at 10.00, all this sounds bad but it was actually such an amazing experience.. The view at night.. Just amazing, the food, the view during the day, the room literally 2 steps away from the sand, the sound of the waves all night, the breeze, everyone was beyond nice, the drinks at the bar are very well priced and prepared with care, the food was fussion of local dishes and we really loved them, its a very chilled and relaxed place to spend in intimacy and on your own terms.. Breakfast was amazing as well.. Have to say the place is far from everything, so I'd advice getting some booze of ur own if u don't wanna sleep early. And would be amazing if they had pick up and drop of service to the airport cause each ride was 300.000 Vnd Oh and one last thing.. The location won't let u watch the sunset from this hotel, so keep that in mind as well "

"I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks. I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier. What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~) Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content. The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected. It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy. We plan to visit again!"

"The place is a tropical paradise with an astonishing beach and gardens. They offer an outstanding island experience with a very nice night market opposite the hotel. The rooms are brand new with all the needed comfort. But it’s also noticeable that the area is so big that staff are not capable Of keeping it tidy and clean. There was another room in our villa that had the door open during all our stay. We had a small incident in the bathroom with the mirror falling when I went to sleep. But the management reacted very quickly and fixed everything. Despite that it was a bit scary and luckily that the mirror didnt break. It was not fixed very well to the wall. The breakfast is good. Would come back despite the small issues that we has"

"Iʼve enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The service was very good. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options, also sparkling wine. The coffee is amazing at this hotel. One of the best I’ve tried. The room was spacious and clean, with every amenity you need. The pool was nice, a bit small but it was never crowded, the beach is also small."

Their famous mango bingsu turned out it is not a must try. Shaved milk ice was too sweet and sticky (I guess it is made out of condensed milk which I don’t like personally) fresh mango in the market is the best in Phu quoc. You can buy more than 5kg mangos for 1 bingu price. breakfast quality is slightly better than local hotel but it doesn’t meet international hotel standard. bread section was okay but they need to work on the menu for vegetarian, especially at the main meal like rice noodle. This time I stayed 3 different hotels, generally I prefer more eco friendly resort like ocean bay. If I stay at the global franchise brand hotel, the Regent will be my choice."

"Отличное бунгало ! Отличная семья которая ведет этот бизнес ! Отличное кафе с хорошими ценами и без проблем для жкт ! Свежие морепродукты по вечерам с умеренными ценами очень вкусно готовят ! Рядом отличный магазин с отличными ценами ! И хорошим курсом обмена ! Пляж Лонг бич 200 метров ! Рядом есть отель за 100 донгов 2 лежака на весь день и зонтик ! + при отеле девчонки массажистки ходил много раз с женой за 200 донгов 1 час массажа все тело с алое ! Вечером есть куда пройтись ! Выйти в город можно хочеш на лево хочеш на право там много кафе и магазинов ! Кинг Конг 15 минут ходьбы на право от отеля ! Был я там цены немного выше описанного магазина который рядом с отелем ! В отеле завтраки включены спокойно можно покушать и по делам есть суп , омлеты , глазунья , дают еще вкусную булку и чай или кофе ! Ах да забыл к каждому приему пищи бонус тарелочка фруктов обычно арбуз + драконий , иногда бананы ! Кушали только у них так как боялись проблем с жкт в виде расстройства или отравления!! Могу смело рекомендовать ! Приеду еще ! Фуквок жди ! PS . Отдыхали 7 дней далее уехали в сансет таун так вот ., там ни чего достойного нет по еде все дорого и не вкусно пришлось ездить к ним на обед и ужин на такси !"
