"As soon as I made the booking I was in touch with the hotel through email - and they were very helpful about their services. They even arranged a welcoming fruit platter and fresh juice, as well as a bathrobe.👘 Once I arrived I was told that the image of the room I booked was wrong on the Trip app and that I would not be getting a panoramic view (also no 🛁!?). I contacted trip and they offered to compensate me with coins, but I didn’t spend the holiday as anticipated. I did get my sunset view and this made it all worth while.🌅 The housekeeping was not very thorough often leaving the room and balcony very dusty. The shower was the worst experience as the shower head was cheap old and the wall holder was broken, and the sewer seemed to be semi-clogged. There was no shelf to place the shower gel and shampoo, and they kept on falling into the soapy water. 🙄 Also there was confusion about the blue beach towels - nobody told me that they are supposed to be returned to the room and replaced the following day by house keeping… they almost accused me of stealing one that I left on the beach… 🥵 The beach and pool are slightly small for full capacity (Christmas/New Year) but the palm trees and sun-beds, shower and beach bar were decent and balanced it out.🌴 The gym was well equipped, but not very clean, and the AC was not very strong. 🏋🏼♀️ The location is great, close to KingKong Mart for shopping, and many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. However, the loud EDM music from the neighboring OCSEN bar was a bit too much. Earplugs helped. 🎤🎹 Breakfast was surprisingly the best feature of my stay, with enough options for vegetarians, and overall stag was kind and helpful. Lunch at the pool bar was either a 🥗or 🍕 I don’t think I would return as I prefer higher quality service and this resort is just run down and not maintained enough for my standards, but I’m sure many other guests were very satisfied. 🛠️💸"

"Increidible incredible place... At first we didn't know it was an ”off the grid” kind of hotel, so we were shocked.. U need to know, there is no AC, no TV and no electric amenities in the room, after midnight the power goes off until next morning, bar closes at 10.00, all this sounds bad but it was actually such an amazing experience.. The view at night.. Just amazing, the food, the view during the day, the room literally 2 steps away from the sand, the sound of the waves all night, the breeze, everyone was beyond nice, the drinks at the bar are very well priced and prepared with care, the food was fussion of local dishes and we really loved them, its a very chilled and relaxed place to spend in intimacy and on your own terms.. Breakfast was amazing as well.. Have to say the place is far from everything, so I'd advice getting some booze of ur own if u don't wanna sleep early. And would be amazing if they had pick up and drop of service to the airport cause each ride was 300.000 Vnd Oh and one last thing.. The location won't let u watch the sunset from this hotel, so keep that in mind as well "

"very hospitable and wonderful hotel. I liked everything, from the size of the room which after Ho Chi Minh is really big, to the beach, which is a wild beach and the island’s people go there to swim, but the fact of the matter is that the beaches adjacent to the hotels are full of employees who watch your every step and here there are few people only, a good local bar and excellent Saigon coffee , the water in the sea has always been warm. from hotel till beach is 7-10 min by slow step. The hotel pool was clean and after sunset everyone always went out to swim and dive. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, new bottles of water. We wanted to make a fish barbecue but we had no experience for making fare & a hotel employee helped us. he went and bought fuel and helped light the coals. Without him it definitely wouldn’t have happened.....we are very glad that we chose Aurora House to stay."

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The villa was spacious and perfect for a family trip — clean and set in a beautiful environment. However, there are a few things to note: If you’re afraid of bugs, this may not be the best choice. We encountered quite a few bugs inside the villa, and I even stepped on millipedes twice during our 4-night stay. Unfortunately, while housekeeping tidied the room and changed towels, they didn’t clean the blood stains left behind. The water pressure was quite weak throughout the stay. Breakfast was great, with a good variety. But I did notice some hygiene issues — for example, a few guests picked bread with their hands instead of using the tongs provided, and there was no staff around to remind or guide them. Front desk service needs improvement. When we bought cable car tickets through the hotel, they had to take photos for the entrance process. However, the staff member didn’t give any signal or communication when the photo was taken, which caused confusion. During checkout, it was raining. We had one suitcase, one hand-carry bag, and a plastic shopping bag. The staff placed our hand-carry bag directly on the wet ground, making the bottom dirty, while they put the plastic shopping bag on top of the suitcase — this seemed careless. They also asked what our plans were after checkout (our flight was at night), and we mentioned we might try the hotel spa. But instead of assisting, the staff just told us we had already paid and could go pay directly at the spa. They didn’t give us any further information — no directions, opening hours, or what services were available. It gave us the impression that once you’ve checked out, they’re no longer interested in helping. Tips for future guests: • Bring extra swimsuits if you plan to swim multiple days. There’s no dryer or drying rack unless you pay for laundry, and sudden rain is common. • The hotel offers some activities like kayaking and yoga, but these are often fully booked, so try to reserve early."

"Excellent hotel — perfect for families. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great pool, excellent breakfast, and good service overall. One nice surprise was the pickleball courts, which weren’t mentioned in the description — a fun bonus! There were many families with children during my stay, so it definitely feels more like a family-friendly hotel than a couples’ getaway. Still, the overall experience was fantastic."

"Salinda Resort was hands down the best accommodation we had in Phu Quoc. The attention to detail, the calm tropical elegance, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. But what truly stood out? The breakfast, absolutely top-notch! From fresh tropical fruit to artisanal pastries and everything in between, it was the kind of breakfast that makes you set an alarm just to not miss it. Now, as for Pakka Indian Restaurant. Yes, that one. The Global Winner in Indian Cuisine 2022 by the World Luxury Restaurant Awards and crowned Best Indian Cuisine in Vietnam by Haute Grandeur. With all those accolades, we were definitely curious. But after a quick glance at the menu, we realized that the only thing spicier than the curries... was the pricing. We understand culinary excellence comes at a price, but when a humble Palak Paneer starts approaching “fine-dining tasting menu” territory, it starts to feel less like dinner and more like an investment. Michelin might approve, but our travel-weary wallets politely declined. That said, everything else at Salinda was flawless. It's a peaceful, polished gem where luxury meets authenticity, and the kind of place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Next time, we might just budget a little extra... for both the spa and the Paneer."

"Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations and the small cake for my daughter—it was such a thoughtful surprise! Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and was the tastiest among the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The pool was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel also offers great value for money. The only minor downside was that a staff member promised to bring us an extra blanket but unfortunately never did. Despite this small hiccup, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!"

"It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more  expensive and sea view room. Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.  Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect. I like to thank again to the staffs.  Best of Luck🙂 Hally"

"Pros: The beach and sea of the hotel are the biggest advantages, it is super suitable for people who enjoy the beach. The beaches of several hotels are linked together, which are wide, clean, quiet and very comfortable, whether it is a swimming or snorkeling experience. The supporting facilities are also in place. After check-in, you can enjoy the beach and the sea with ease. The hotel room can basically see the beautiful sunset. Hotel service is also very good, The service is in place and the initiative will not be too enthusiastic. Breakfast is well-formed, suitable for people like me who have a bad stomach and need to consider a fitness meal, which basically meets the needs. Disadvantages: If you want to go to other restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to walk for about ten to fifteen minutes to get to a small town. There are delicious restaurants in the town, but also street food, supermarkets, massage shops and so on. Walking in the afternoon is very dry, and the street lights are not very bright at night. Those who are single to play have to think about it. I am afraid of walking in the evening. But there are several good restaurants in town, and local Vietnamese noodles are delicious."

"Отличное бунгало ! Отличная семья которая ведет этот бизнес ! Отличное кафе с хорошими ценами и без проблем для жкт ! Свежие морепродукты по вечерам с умеренными ценами очень вкусно готовят ! Рядом отличный магазин с отличными ценами ! И хорошим курсом обмена ! Пляж Лонг бич 200 метров ! Рядом есть отель за 100 донгов 2 лежака на весь день и зонтик ! + при отеле девчонки массажистки ходил много раз с женой за 200 донгов 1 час массажа все тело с алое ! Вечером есть куда пройтись ! Выйти в город можно хочеш на лево хочеш на право там много кафе и магазинов ! Кинг Конг 15 минут ходьбы на право от отеля ! Был я там цены немного выше описанного магазина который рядом с отелем ! В отеле завтраки включены спокойно можно покушать и по делам есть суп , омлеты , глазунья , дают еще вкусную булку и чай или кофе ! Ах да забыл к каждому приему пищи бонус тарелочка фруктов обычно арбуз + драконий , иногда бананы ! Кушали только у них так как боялись проблем с жкт в виде расстройства или отравления!! Могу смело рекомендовать ! Приеду еще ! Фуквок жди ! PS . Отдыхали 7 дней далее уехали в сансет таун так вот ., там ни чего достойного нет по еде все дорого и не вкусно пришлось ездить к ним на обед и ужин на такси !"
