Hotels near Withlovenregards in Pune

Stayed this July with a friend in this hotel. We both being women, we were looking for a decent hotel and we ended up booking this hotel as they are located at center point of all the locations in Pune. Stay was good, however during checkout is when the reception started harassing us. They gave us a reminder at 10am, later at 10:50am and we informed them that we may checkout 30mins late (usually every hotel gives a grace of 30-60mins in checkout). These people refused and said they will charge for even 30mins extension. Also, the staff informed all the customers are paying extra for even a 30mins extension. Imagine, a hotel not willing to extend the stay for 30min I.e late checkout. I have stayed in ***y 4 & 5 star hotels during my stay in other cities & I haven’t experienced this kind of behavior where the staff constantly calls for checkout and refuses to extend for 30mins. I was very disappointed with this behavior, I don’t think I will stay with them again. They really need to work on their behavior, also be trained on customer treatment, customer service and how to be customer centric.

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with ***y eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.

Overall it's good, but there is a bit of smell in the room. But the hotels in India look like this

A better hotel in India, because it is a business trip, choose a more comfortable hotel. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Will stay again next time!

Good space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

On the whole, it's pretty good, and it's not bad. To condemn Ctrip for lying! There is no such thing as entering a hydrophilic room or directly into the pool! !! The pool is small and it is a separate location, there is no room for direct access! !!

I am a regular guest to lemon tree Vi*** nagar I visit the hotel twice in a month .. it’s very comfortable and Pleasant to stay here … I like the food service and ambiance here the staff is excellent here And that brings me here again and again … the fnb team is extremely eger to serve the are attentive and excellent in service specially Rucha ‘Shabaz Rutik and Vinayak thank you guys keep it up

The hotel itself is fine, international standards. The headache is that this hotel doesn't seem to be doing business every day and engages in many social activities. The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. Every day from 1pm to 10pm, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room followed the shock, which was too tormenting. In order to earn some extra money, I completely ignore the guests.

I often travel to Pune, but this time I was in a hurry so I set it not far from the foundation. The hotel is more than ten minutes from the base, which is very convenient. The facilities are passable. I do n’t have a big impression.

Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.
