"I've been here many times, and the facilities could use further improvement. As a repeat customer, it's clear the place is showing its age despite daily maintenance. I hope the owner can pay more attention to the details. I found cockroaches in the swimming pool changing rooms, and the lighting there is a bit dim. In the room, some bulbs in the ceiling light were out due to a loose connection, but other facilities were in good condition. The fridge was a bit dirty, likely due to its age. What I was most satisfied with this time was Howson, the concierge who assisted me at the front desk. He patiently answered my questions during check-in, and his attitude was much kinder and friendlier compared to other staff members. He promptly informed us about activities and member benefits on both days of our stay and even gave a gift to my child, which I really appreciated. Next time I visit, I'll definitely look for someone like Howson who provides such thoughtful service and understands customer needs!"

"Going during the Qingming Festival, the scenery along the way is beautiful. The hotel is clean, the small courtyard is not big, but the victory is exquisite. The breakfast in the restaurant is very good, the flower rolls and the leek box are all freshly made, and there is a taste of home. There is an activity room, inside the table tennis table, billiard table, and table football, all free, can bring children to have fun for a while. You can go to Qingliang Valley not far away. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is much easier to climb with your children than Xiangshan. It was fun to play high-altitude rafting, but it was a bit cold at that time, and summer should be right."

"The room was nicely furnished in a European style and was clean and tidy. However, the common areas in the building were a bit damp, which I hope could be improved. The surroundings were beautiful and shaded by trees, the service was good, and the breakfast was excellent. I hope the rooms with hot spring pools could have hot spring water. The hotel is very close to the park, making it very convenient for morning and evening walks. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again."
