The location is good and it is very convenient to get to the airport. The room is also very clean and the service staff is very friendly. It's just that the room facing the street is a little noisy and not very soundproof. You can hear the snoring of the neighbor's room. 😂

My experience at this hotel was amazing. The hotel is super clean, the room has a nice decoration, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The place smells very good, and everyone who works at the reception is very nice, it has coffee, tea, muffins, croissants, fruits and other pastries for breakfast. Thank you Fiona Hotel for making my trip to San Francisco more enjoyable. I hope to come back soon

Although not in the safest part of SF, the security made us feel very safe and secure. Not only we’re key cards required to enter the building and go up the elevator, but they also gated off the parking garage as to ensure more safety for our vehicle. The room was extremely cute and comfortable, although the lack of heater was a bit of a disappointment. Even though they didn’t have microwaves, the staff happily cooked our microwave meals in their staff room for us. Speaking of the staff, they were all a delight to be around. Very friendly and welcoming. I would for sure stay here again when coming to San Francisco for any events at the civic center!

The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s clean and well maintained. Staff are nice and helpful. They have security guard outside the hotel. It’s convenient and not very far from downtown San Fran. Well stay there again next time we come.

Was great, the room was super clean, we had a great stay. Two negative points: 1) the area. It’s located in downtown San Francisco, so the neighborhood is not very safe, but the hotel is located near public transport (tramway, subway…). 2) Our room was not really soundproof, we could hear every conversation and sound next door.
But overall, we had a great stay.

As my business plans had changed I requested for partial refund because I had to leave earlier. The hotel REFUSED to a partial refund of my stay for which I paid for 3 nights and only stayed 2 nights. I WILL NEVER STAY AT HOTEL FIONA in SAN FRANCISCO again.

Staff at front desk is great, as well of cleanness, the reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I pay extra for city view which not worth it. They should not offer that because doesn’t have that availability the best view you can have it’s to the street, first room they have me was to a tree at the window which I was not happy with cause why the offer city view. If you are not familiar with the area this is a 4 story hotel so you can imagine how high is the best view you can get. Definitely DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR CITY VIEW cause it’s not worth it. I attached pictures which you can decide if is worth to pay extra money for that.
