"The room overall was pretty good, and it's just dozens of meters from the subway exit. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs. **Pros**: Convenient for getting around, good room hygiene, excellent air conditioning that cools down quickly. The butler service was attentive and responsive. The elevators are fast. **Cons**: The hot water was poor; it turned lukewarm after just a short while of showering (even though I used the small shower head as instructed). I don't understand why the shampoo and shower gel were placed on the vanity – is it that hard to install a corner shelf in the shower area? The vanity is about 1.9 meters diagonally from the shower area. Taking a shower, especially with the poor hot water, in winter is unimaginable – you'd catch a cold! Don't let guests risk an accident trying to reach for toiletries while showering. I hope this can be improved. This is a genuine review, no malice intended."

"This was our first time in Chengdu, and choosing this hotel was a great decision. The hotel is centrally located, only about an 8-minute walk to IFS, making it very convenient for getting around. There is also a convenience store right next door. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the bathroom with a city view, which added a nice touch to the stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, kind, and attentive. Their service felt sincere, and they always tried to anticipate guests’ needs. Special thanks to Mr. Busek, the manager, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us due to our late flight. His thoughtfulness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers a great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose to stay here again."

"I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM, fully expecting no one to be there to greet me. To my surprise, there were two staff members at the front desk, and their attitude was incredibly welcoming. It instantly felt like coming home, which was very heartwarming. I must emphasize this: out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first one that provided a bathtub liner – that was a truly delightful surprise. The hotel facilities are also fantastic: there's a rooftop sunlit pool, a high-altitude gym, and even a massage chair in the room. Everything you need for relaxation is available. I particularly want to praise the service: the young lady on the 41st floor was incredibly enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful. The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were also very friendly, and their service attitude was perfect. What surprised me the most was that the changing room on the 41st floor always had the air conditioning on – the attention to detail is truly exceptional. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are absolutely outstanding, providing an excellent experience. I predict that by my next visit to Chengdu, I won won't be able to stay here at this price, as it's currently incredibly affordable."

"I've always had a soft spot for St. Regis, so I chose it for my trip to Chengdu this time. It was our first family trip, and the butler added me on WeChat beforehand, upgrading us to a Manhattan Suite and offering a complimentary extra bed – we were so thrilled! The room was perfect; the kids even played hide-and-seek. Plus, there were free drinks every day, and we all loved the longan and red date tea. I also took the kids to experience the swimming pool with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very relaxing! The kids loved breakfast because of the free-flow ice cream! We even got to see the champagne sabering ceremony, which happens every day at 6 PM – truly a gem of a hotel. When we checked out, we left something behind, and the customer service promptly mailed it to us. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!"

"Booked this place based on a recommendation from a friend, and honestly, everything was pretty good for our two-night stay. My only minor complaint was the kettle; it had a lot of dust inside when I went to use it. Perhaps it's not frequently used by guests, but it still needs to be cleaned. During our stay, we accidentally stained the sheets and a chair, and someone came very quickly to take care of it, and we were promptly informed of the outcome – excellent service. Even though we stayed for two consecutive nights, the cleaning staff were very quick to respond when they saw the 'Please clean' sign. Thumbs up!"

"The location is excellent! It's a two-minute walk to Taikoo Li downstairs, and the Chunxi Road subway station is just a five-minute walk away. It's a quiet oasis in the bustling city. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. The indoor spa is definitely a highlight. After a long day of walking, soaking in the tub, watching a movie on the projector, and enjoying the city night view through the full-length glass window was amazing. The kids absolutely loved it and used it every day. The host was very responsive on WeChat and promptly resolved any issues. I just wish there was a desk in the room for working on a laptop."

"Pros: 1. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Chengdu's urban landscape, creating a great atmosphere. Both the curtains and sheer blinds are electric. 2. The electronic fireplace is beautiful and adds a lovely ambiance when switched on. 3. The Wi-Fi speed is excellent. 4. Having two bathrooms is very convenient for two people traveling together. 5. The location is great, just a 20-minute walk straight to IFS. 6. Food delivery can come directly to the door, making it super convenient as you barely need to leave the room. 7. There's a washer-dryer combo, so even thick winter clothes can be dried without needing to hang them. 8. A huge full-length mirror is perfect for taking photos and getting ready. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room is terrible. Not only can you hear the neighbors, but even slight noises from upstairs are perfectly clear, which really affected my sleep. I didn't sleep well the first night. 2. Some of the wooden planks on the stairs are loose, and the stairs themselves are hollow, making them very noisy when walked on. 3. The light and device switches are scattered everywhere with no labels, making turning things on and off feel like a treasure hunt. 4. The sink is rusty and looks quite old. 5. The elevator is very old and gives the impression of staying in cheap, rundown accommodation. 6. The diverter for the bathtub spout and shower head is broken, so both run simultaneously, causing water to spray all over the bathroom. 7. There are no signs downstairs, making it very hard to find the first time. The booking didn't provide clear instructions, only saying to find the front desk at 1509. It's not guaranteed that every '1509' means 15th floor, room 9. 8. There's no countertop space next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom, only a small shelf, which is very inconvenient. 9. The shelf for toiletries in the upstairs shower is plastic and buckles under the weight of shower gel and shampoo. 10. The manual lock on the main door is broken. If someone knows the code, there's basically only a chain for security. 11. You don't need a card to go up the elevator, and the doors to the room area are often left open, meaning anyone can pretty much get to your room door."

"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 7-8 minute walk from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The facilities are very new, and the staff are all warm and attentive. The hotel's breakfast is also quite unique, with a non-spicy version of 'Chuan Chuan Xiang' (Sichuanese hot pot skewers) that left a lasting impression. It's a pet-friendly hotel with a great environment, and the standalone villas are quite tranquil. The bathroom facilities are all smart, and the bed is very comfortable. The room temperature at night wasn't too hot, and the lighting was pleasant. If I visit Chengdu again, I would definitely choose to stay here. There's just one point I'd like to discuss: although it's a pet-friendly hotel, having pets in the breakfast area made me feel a little uncomfortable."

It is a 15-minute walk to the subway station. There are snack streets and convenience stores around. The front desk guy was very patient and reminded me of the charger and razor I left behind when I checked out. The details were perfect! The breakfast is also good. For people who want to lose weight, you can mix and match it at will. It is very healthy and nutritious. "Nora at the front desk was incredibly efficient and friendly during both check-in and check-out. She patiently answered all my questions and even gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The robot delivery service for takeaways was also a fantastic touch. Overall, my experience was superb. The room itself was incredibly spacious with brand new five-star decor, and the smart home controls made everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. With views of either the lake or city from the window, the scenery was amazing. Plus, the thoughtful welcome fruit was a lovely detail – the attention to detail here is truly exceptional."
