"The Japanese-style decor shows great attention to detail. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and the room itself is tidy and well-kept. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is perfect for couples or families. The pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable – I slept straight through until 7 AM! The breakfast is also quite unique; it's served individually and is very refined. Plus, there's free coffee available. The staff are very welcoming, and the 'little housekeeper' (concierge/manager) was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions thoroughly. I'm very satisfied!"

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

"This is my third time staying at Fraser Suites Dalian, and each time before I've stayed for a week. This time, I was upgraded to an executive room, and it was just as comfortable as ever. The service attitude is excellent; every visit feels like coming home. It's truly one of the reasons I keep coming back to Dalian. The hotel elevator's air freshener or perfume smells wonderful. If possible, could you please tell me the brand? I'd love to get the same one. I really love this hotel. The facilities are complete, and there's even a swimming pool for some water fun. Oh, and the view is great! 👍 My friends who came with me this time were also very satisfied."

"The hotel's exterior is very distinctive, and the public areas and room designs have a regal, palace-like aesthetic. Overall, the architecture and hardware are quite impressive. However, what most impacted our experience this time was the ”welcome amenity” photoshoot actively offered by the front desk. It included 3 free digital photos, with additional photos costing 50 yuan each. The pricing itself wasn't an issue, and with the hotel's endorsement, we genuinely thought it was a legitimate ”welcome amenity,” so we decided to try it. When we started, we specifically asked to just take some casual photos in the lobby. We shot for less than 20 minutes and ended up with 32 photos. The photographer's attitude was fine, but during the photo selection process, as we were trying to narrow down to just 4 photos, the staff repeatedly told my boyfriend things like, ”If your wife is pretty, you have to spend money,” ”You're not doing enough, young man,” and ”These photos are so good, aren't you willing to spend a little extra?” This kind of high-pressure sales tactic, exploiting the couple's relationship and purchasing power, along with the commodification and objectification of women's appearance, is highly unprofessional and completely out of line with the Luxury Collection's positioning. After I proactively informed the hotel, both the hotel butler and the photography company apologized and assured us it wouldn't happen again. However, it doesn't change the feeling of being deceived by this experience. I truly hope for genuine improvements in the future."

"The hotel looks cozy, but the service is actually terrible. While I was having breakfast, after swiping my room card to enter the restaurant, a man grilling steak inexplicably questioned me in front of everyone, asking if I had swiped my card. Even after I explained, he questioned me again. I was completely flustered. I've been to hotels all over the country and never experienced such humiliation. Plus, the cleaning staff's attitude was also very poor. This is supposed to be an old, reputable grand hotel, and for over 1000 a night, this is the kind of service you get. I will never come back here again."

"The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to taxis. The rooms are also quite clean, and the breakfast selection is rich. The only drawback was when I asked for an extra blanket at night and was told there were none available 🙂↔️, which is something I haven't encountered in other hotels."
