Structure located in a strategic position (around the Central Station) with quite equipped and organized apartments and single rooms. The neighborhood where they are located is very little away from the red road of Brussels and is within a area where a nutrited Arab community is present (restaurants, shops, etc.) but despite the initial reluctance of the first impact I must say that not We have never had the feeling of being in a “hazardous” place. Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

The location is very good! Right in Brussels Square! The boss is also very nice. When we two girls came to check in, they gave me a twin room (although I live alone) and taught us how to use the professional coffee machine at the bar. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is a bit old but does not affect the use. During the epidemic, the restaurant of the hotel will not be open to the public. You can order takeaway or buy it back to eat in the restaurant. The overall price is 55 Euros a night, which is a good deal.

We really liked the hotel itself and it was all newly renovated and looked good and was tidy, both lobby, stairway/elevator and room. The room was big but with basic interior, like nightstands were stools from Ikea. There was no refrigerator which was inconvenient in the heat. The hotel is rather close to the city center and only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, however the hotel seems to be located in a sketchy neighbourhood and not many tourists in the area. We were recommended by locals to take a taxi/uber back to the hotel during the nights.

The B****y by Warwick made for a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay for two nights in Brussels. We came to visit family in Belgium but the family we usually stay with all had covid-19. So we had to make a hotel reservation at the last minute (actually from the airport in Doha while waiting for our connecting flight). The hotel is very well located. In an area of Brussels that is out of the most touristic parts of the city, but which is surrounded by parks and interesting neighborhoods. And very easy to walk or take the tram to the centre of the city. The staff could not be more accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the décor is ”classic” and not contemporary. But the beds are very comfortable. and the garden terrace in back makes for a very pleasant place to have breakfast, or tea or a drink in the afternoon or early evening. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. And very much enjoyed both of our stays.

I stayed here in December with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is modern and located walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was of a good standard and with plenty of variety. My husband unfortunately became very ill as he had food poisoning (not from the hotel). The staff were really helpful and accommodating given the situation, they had to find us alternate rooms and everything was done swiftly and without any issues. As a result, our stay was better than expected! Thanks very much to all the hotel staff that were so accommodating.

Overall, it's good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are good. However, the decoration of the hotel is a bit noisy. Another drawback is that the door of the shower room is not fully closed. Water comes out when taking a shower. There are also shower gel bottles for the two rooms we booked. The head that you press down is all broken. The hotel should check the facilities regularly.

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nigh**are. Breakfast was good though.
