"The hotel is close to The Bun and within walking distance. The room is clean, but the soundproofing isn’t great , you can sometimes hear people talking or doors opening and closing. The Wi-Fi signal is available, but you need to be near the window to get it (and our window faced another building). However, the signal is always strong in the lobby. The lobby lights are turned off at midnight. One small downside is that the staff didn’t manage outsiders who weren’t staying at the hotel but came in to enjoy the air-conditioning and charge their devices. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. We arranged for a car pickup at the hotel (note that the hotel has multiple branches, so be careful when giving the location). Luckily, the staff helped communicate with the driver for us."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and delivered excellent value for money. The service throughout our visit was consistently professional and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property maintained impeccable cleanliness standards in both the rooms and common areas, which we really appreciated. The location was absolutely perfect - ideally situated for exploring the area with convenient access to major attractions and local amenities. You really can’t ask for a better spot to base your travels from. While the hotel excelled in service quality, cleanliness, and location, the only area for potential improvement would be expanding some of the facilities and amenities. That said, given the competitive pricing, this minor limitation was completely understandable and didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for solid service, pristine accommodations, and an unbeatable location at a fair price point. Sometimes the essentials done exceptionally well matter more than having every possible amenity."

"The room is very clean. There is enough space to comfortably open your luggage. The staff is very cute. The toilet is automatic, which is very pleasing to Thai people. The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the subway station. It is only a short walk to Nanjing Road. Next to the hotel there is a convenience store and a shop selling fried buns that are very delicious. Across from there is a coffee shop."

"It was my first time in Shanghai and the experience was absolutely amazing. Right next to Nanjing road, its the perfect place to live in Shanghai. Everything is at walking distance. And the bet part is the team at the reception. JING WAS WELCOMING. AND VERY HELPFUL. HE EVEN HELPED ME DO KY LAUNDRY. I LL RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO EVERYBODYYYY. THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN SHANGHAI"

"Facilities: They have a washing machine with a dryer, which I didn't get to try as I arrived quite late this time. The TV offers live broadcasts with 30 channels, including major networks, which was sufficient. All necessary shower amenities are provided, along with both disposable and bathroom slippers. The showerhead even features multiple spray settings. The WiFi speed wasn't great, which might be related to the high occupancy – I noticed a lot of international guests during my stay. Service: They offer a parcel receiving service, but it seems they handle a lot of deliveries, so it's best to know what your package looks like to help them find it faster. The breakfast provided for airport transfers was sufficient to fill up on, with options like fresh eggs that you can fry yourself, freshly ground coffee, congee, siu mai, and fresh fruit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was satisfactory. Environment: The area downstairs is packed with small restaurants, so you'll never go hungry, no matter the hour. Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: They offer a scheduled minibus shuttle to Pudong Airport; during regular hours, just contact them in advance, and it generally runs once an hour. The airport drop-off is a shared coach service with other hotels. It departs each hotel at XX:40 and arrives at the terminal on the hour. Make sure to manage your time accordingly. It drops off at Terminal 1 first, then Terminal 2. Disneyland Shuttle: I didn't get to try the Disneyland shuttle this time. My original plan was to arrive by 3 PM and use the free shuttle to scout the area a day beforehand, but my travel schedule was delayed. Maybe next time if the opportunity arises."

"The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. "Our bathroom had a terrible wash basin (it is more than 3 feet high with a small basin that is set inside by about 6 inches). Brushing teeth is a challenge! Floor tiles are slippery if not for a bath cotton mat and rubber mat inside the shower area. There may be plans for a drying line soon? Fortunately, in the meantime, there is a laundry room for house guests. Breakfast - chinese continental with very limited choice. The only convenient and good service, is the shuttle bus to the airport (round the clock and punctual). It is an ideal place to stay since it provides drop off and pick up service (once in the early morning and once when the park closes) to/from Disneyland."

"We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free."

"Strategically located at one end of the Nanjing East Road with abundance of shops and dining nearby. Intimate setup with a room of good size. Overall a comfortable stay and pleasant experience with the hotel staff."

"This hotel was perfect for me! The location is superb ,just a short walk to the subway and within walking distance to the famous Bund, with easy access to many of Shanghai’s top attractions. I loved the vibrant vibe of the area, it felt lively, safe, and very convenient."
