Family-friendly Hotels in Shenyang

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as ”International” but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.

Absolutely brilliant hotel as always, whenever we come to ShenYang we stay here, A Lawson's downstairs means you always have access to food and drink and the Lawson's means awesome coffee in the morning. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel Jen is a super hotel

The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

I chose this hotel for the convenience of parking during my self-driving trip. It was a great value choice. Parking at the hotel is convenient. You can walk to the Forbidden City and the Marshal's Mansion in just ten minutes. You can also visit Zhongjie at any time. The night view is beautiful. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose Atour next time I come to Shenyang.

Very average, one room with five doors😂Some facilities are not well maintained. I heard the sound of the air conditioner all night, and it was very cold when it was turned off. The bathroom lighting is not enough, the bathtub cannot be used for bathing, it leaks too fast, and there are flying insects. The most unbearable thing is that the front desk cannot receive takeout, and let the guy put it in the express locker near the outdoor parking lot. In such a cold day, I have to go outside to get the frozen **, and the ordered meal is also cold😰

It is close to two large parks and the traffic is very convenient. As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a little perfume! Very clean and bright, spacious and elegant style is in sight, the style is very up. Service: The service is particularly good, kind and welcoming, polite to help solve everything, very friendly, room service is also very fast, it is worthy of a five-star hotel. Hygienic: The room is very clean, the bedding is as white as the new one, the pillows are very comfortable, the height is very suitable, the room carpet must also be vacuumed every day, and there is no hair foreign body. Facilities: There are paintings on the walls of the lobby and corridors, very tasteful and very durable, and you will see more eyes when you pass by. The room is fully equipped and the hot water is very fast. Unlike other star hotels, some have waited a long time to get hot water, which is great. Breakfast must be deeply praised, the food is complete, the service staff is good, the current meal category is fast, I ordered a vegetable noodles, the soup is strong, and the nutrition and hygiene are too conscience.

The front desk saw our family check in and upgraded the family room for free. They also gave children toothbrushes and slippers. Fresh fruits, yogurt, and children's toys were delivered every day👍🏻The service was very good, and the hotel also had free underground and above-ground facilities. In the parking lot, you can enter and exit freely after entering your license plate number. It is very convenient. The cleaning staff on the 12th floor are also very good. The trip to Shenyang ended perfectly😎

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The hotel architecture is absolutely beautiful. Anywhere I walk within the hotel is spacious, modern and really just gorgeous. I definitely wished I could have stayed longer - the bed and bathtub themselves were beyond cozy. The swimming pool is crystal blue, open all year round, and kept at 28 celcius. Daily kitchen is located on the top floor with, again, beautiful architect and window views. Hospitality of the staff was well beyond also. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant lead me out of my taxi and insisted on carrying my bags, while more attendants kept opening doors for me and leading me to the front desk and then to my room. They explained everything while in my room too. The front desk lady offered me late check out right upon request. And the friendly waitress in the daily kitchen stayed within my presence just so she could be attentive to all my needs. I truly have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before.

It was my first time to stay at the Haiyun Jinjiang Hotel when I took the elderly and children out for fun on May Day. The experience was very nice~~ As the May Day was approaching, I received a confirmation call from Yuanyuan, who sent me a lot of inquiries about Shenyang, and the requirements were very accurate. It was arranged, and I was given a small gift when I checked out. I liked it very much. When I couldn't find the TV remote control at night, I called Manager Han and immediately came to help us find the remote control. The cleaning aunt was also very enthusiastic and sent us the child's remote control. slippers. The breakfast is also quite rich, and the water temperature of the swimming pool is also very suitable for children to play. I especially like the hotel's toiletry packaging, which is hygienic and easy to use! ! ! The only disappoin**ent was that the buffet hot pot meal we had at night was a very poor experience, and the attitude of the kebab chef was not very good either. . It was also said that no one came to the many reserved seats, so we were asked to sit in the seats indicated by the lights. . Have some sushi. . Anyway, I spent my own money to have an embarrassing dinner. . All other services are very satisfactory!
