We stayed in 31/12 . It was a pleasant experience . In the room we found some chocolates and a welcome bottle of prosecco . Very friendly staff . Clean rooms . Thank you so much to all the Staff ! And happy new Year !

Five-ten minutes by car from the city center of Sienna.The breakfast was plentiful and varied We had a decent sized room and it was nice and cool. My wife was a bit sick and they were super helpful. They gave us tea and lots of cold water and no extra charge.

Triple room for three adults plus a double room for my daughter-in-law and a friend for two nights. A bare white room and a third bed, an armchair which is practically unusable as a bed because it is very uncomfortable, so I, my son and my wife, were forced to sleep three on a double bed. The breakfast was well reviewed but it's a pity that from 7.30 to 10.30 you could only find a good assor**ent if you went down first because we asked if they had replaced the missing products but they told us no First morning Ok because we went down at 8 while the second the morning we got off at 8.30 there were only some simple croissants and a few crumbs of cake (a bus of students who got off before us had probably raided everything) A piece of advice…. Put a street lamp in the passage between the hotel and the car park because in the dark you can't see the step and my daughter-in-law's friend who is eight months pregnant fell and we had to go to the emergency room where we stayed until late at night

Hotel less than 10 minutes drive from the center of Siena. We stayed for two nights in the deluxe room, recently renovated, nice and spacious with a coffee machine... welcoming, smiling and kind staff. Good breakfast that ranges from sweet to savory... plentiful buffet anyway. They also have a large internal car park for free use by guests. We fortunately stayed in this AWFUL hotel for only one night. HORRIBLE experience, we entered the room and there is a strong smell of mold, cobwebs and dust everywhere, but if it were only this it would have been a luxury, the bathroom fixtures were terrible and dirty and could not be used, cold water, plaster falling to the ground, the dirt in ground cigarette ash and toothpicks on the ground. I find it absurd to even have the courage to let a customer into a filthy room like that. Not to mention the breakfast, food expired 10 days ago, we did it present they didn't even apologize. I absolutely don't recommend it.

I had a room on the second floor with a balcony, clean and furnished with good taste. When I entered I found it already warm and I must say it deserves 100 points for this alone!
