At the same time, I would also like to praise Ctrip for its efficient, responsible and humane professionalism in handling user problems. I stayed here for my birthday and here's my honest review! Pros: - Good sized room - Has a bidet - Deep soaking tub - HUGE gym - Really nice swimming pools - Kind concierge - Nice food; 3.5/5 - isolated and quiet! - small hotel; 3 floors only! - natureeeee Cons: - FAR away from dhoby ghaut; really uphill - TV was formatted and required a special remote to be collected from front desk - Nearest convenience store at night was almost 1km away ( Plaza sing taxi stand) - Staff does not send you anything you request at night; we ordered a bucket of ice at 1130pm and was required to collect from the bar downstairs instead of sending it to us! I enjoyed my stay here but I wish the service would be better. We stayed on the second floor and it really puzzled us as to why we had to collect anything when they could've sent it to us. Moreover, the remote should be placed in the room instead of being required to collect at reception UPON REQUEST. Overall it was an affordable luxury and we would definitely stay here again for some alone time! P.S A $50 deposit is to be made upon check in and refunded upon check out!

A lot of surprises, the service attitude is super good, I don't understand why the score is only 4.2 points. As soon as I got off the taxi, a staff member came to ask if it was a guest. The answer was yes, a few staff members came to help carry the luggage. The equipment in the room is not clear how to use it, and a staff member came to deal with it immediately. The cleaning of the room is super clean, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. The feeling of living in an apartment is different from a hotel. There is a washing machine, you can do laundry, there is an induction cooker, you can cook your own food, and there is a refrigerator, everything is there, the room is large and fully equipped, it is really at home. Shopping is convenient. The pictures on the Internet are not as good as the actual rooms. It is recommended that you do your homework on the pictures. In short, if I live in Meimei, I will choose their apartment next time I go uphill. By the way, praise our Ctrip customer service MM, and repeatedly helped me to coordinate and communicate with the hotel for the request I provided, and the service attitude is also very good.

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

One more minus for me personally - only tap water which is safe to drink, of course, but would appreciate bottles or more filters as the water did have some strange flavour to it. About plus points - Ibis did give all that I expected. There is a swimming pool on rooftop with nice view. The room is clean. The location is good, several MRT lines nearby, as well as buses. There is a 7-11 just next door. All interesting places to eat though are in 2-5kms (30-60 minutes on foot). Side note - if for someone it's important - the windows don't open in the room, only air-con to ventilate the room.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days with my family from June 1st to June7th. Right from the Check in till I Checked Out, I didn’t have any issues. During my entire stay, I could interact with many staffs & all of them did their best pleasingly to help me. During Check in “Christina” was the lady in the reception. Including myself we were five people ( 2 Adults & 3 Children ). We asked for a connecting room. Immediately she made arrangements & provided us. After getting into that room I said, we would prefer a different room as there were no shelves & we were with luggages. Once again, without hesitation she arranged a better room. She was an inspiration for me. Thank You “Christina”. Since the flight was late in the evening on our Checkout date we requested for a late checkout. It was provided. Everything was addressed with care throughout my stay. Another important fact is, this hotel is right next to the Bencoolen MRT which made our commuting very very easy. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Location is excellent! It's 3-5 minutes walking distance to the Downtown Line (blue) and Circle Line (yellow). A few Churches around (St Peter, St Joesph, CHIJMES, etc.), and a food court at the mall opposite to hotel. Around 10 minutes walking distance to Bugis, you can walk along the night market street to Bugis or back to hotel. There is an express route 502 directly from IMM (outlet mall) to Hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. However, room is a bit small to place luggage.

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

A good place for a solo traveler. Microwave Oven, ceramic stove, half length fridge, pot and pan, kitchen utensils all provided. However the room only cleans alternate days. Remember to inform the counter to provide extra towels and toiletries for next day usages. Cable tv programs and wifi are free to use. There is a Starbucks cafe at level 2, open around 9am for your morning brew and breakfast before you start your day.
